I have been we ll at my academics since my Intermediate level. I got received a prathiba award from the eminent tollywood actor Mr.Akkineni Nageswararao for standing first in Intermediate which is one of my greatest achievements. I carried this energy lev els throughout my career and I inculcated this thing in my life gradually.While I was studying 8th standard, I showed my interest towards playing games maintain ing good aggregate in studies. I had a wonderful experience playing videogames i n computer. So this made me liking computer and virtual things. Finally after In termediate I preferred to B.Sc Computers as my background and it leads to M.C.A. to enrich my knowledge in the field of Information Technology. As I am an enthus iastic person if I get leisure time, I used to play cricket and interacting with my friends.Though there is no miniproject in my academics I eventually tried to work out a small project working with a team of 3 members to analyze my technic al skills, I succeeded to endup that thing intime and I came to know that I got success in running a team acting as a team lead and I also tookup hometutions as I am a punctual person.As my father and my brother are graduates, they supporte d and encouraged me to build my own career. 2) What is the meaning of your name? Frankly speaking sir, there is no meaning to my name. My parents just put that t o remember their parents and their grand parents. 3) Is there any famous person with your name? Ramcharanteja is one of the leading film actors in tollywood. He is a great danc er along with good acting skills. 4) Why gvp? I am proud to get a seat in a college like Gayatri Vidyaparishad College as it i s an autonomous college affiliated to jntu kakinada with a excellent CGPA(Cummul ative Grade Point Average) of 3.47 out of 4 in Andhrapradesh along with NAAC acc redition. It is a place where discipline matters and with this they have been co nsidered as the second most top college in Visakhapatnam after AndhraUniversity with their endeavour for mainitaining standards in education. 5) Why Visakhapatnam? Visakhapatnam which oftenly called as Vizag is one of my favourite places to dri ve in andhrapradesh.It is a peaceful and a coolest city in andhrapradesh when co mpared with the Metropolitan cities like Hyd occupying more area to shelter peop le coming from various places and a greatest and unique things that the most oth er cities donot have is Beach, Shipyard and steelplant.A University like AndhraU nivesity and a colleges like GVP are here to give a fruitful education to studen ts. 6) Who is the Vice Chancellor of JNTU KAKINADA? Frankly speaking sir, I get totally disappointment but in a soft manner. i will give my best to get this job...unfortunately, if i am not selected i will try to overcome my mistakes and i will get ready for another interview...thank you 29) Do you live for the company? 30) How would your rate yourself as a team player, a leader or just about anyth ing else? I am a very good team leader because of two important aspects: 1. I am a great believer in giving/taking people feedback. People are unaware of their performance if they don t get feedback. I always ensure that my feedback wa s timely and objective that is, based on facts rather than speculation. 2. I also believe in consulting/listening my team members in matters relating to their work. Not only people tend to feel more valued when they re consulted, but often I can be made aware of important matters that I previously wasn t aware of. Here is the time to give an example of an interesting case that occurred in your team. Something that proves a good team lead. A note Some companies prefer using the term leading a team rather than managing a t eam Make sure that you use the same language. Sometimes, just using the right wor d can make the difference. 31) Are You A Team Player? Ability to Work in a Team Environment? I find that working in a team increases the work performance, as well as creates a proper work flow and information distribution between team members which ensu red that the project is completed in a timely and efficient manner OR While working independently, I realized that I was the complete owner of the pro ject (i.e. one man project) and therefore considered this responsibility as an i ncentive/bonus. Though, I did get the company support and interacted very often with other key employees, the way I worked helped to ensure quick project implem entation as well as finding efficient solution for any calculated risks. Theref ore, I have had very good experiences working in a team as well as working indep endently. 32) Describe your ideal company, location and job? Ideal company: The company which considers both the company's and employee's wel lbeing. Ideal location: The location where I can reach on time without any hassle so tha t I can start my work at office cheerfully.
