, Tabitha, Erin Committee Business 1. Welfare Event Feedback. Generally went well, despite some potentially biphobic comments. Issue with QMU rude man discussed. Cheek and insolence from LGBT members especially your big man in the jumper. One member caught drinking off-site alcohol issue to be raised with QMU? Lots of good points raised, including a section for partners of bi* identifying members on the website, and stressing that partners are welcome! 2. Murder Mystery Venue and plans! Roles to be discussed with actors beforehand, just to make sure everyone knows their role! Wedding Costumes to be provided by selves. People involved to be at Chapel by vespers (19:15 at latest!) 3. Debate and Cocktail Class update Tickets on sale for 8.50 for three cocktails. Class itself will take place in Club X, while other members chill in the Riding Room from 19:45 Debate not an official event, but will occur pre-cocktails. Tedium will ensue. 4. Guys and Dolls Representatives of Cecilians to be contacted about group discount for bulk purchase of tickets. Risk to be taken in purchasing tickets early hopefully shall pay off. 5. QueerFest updates a. Workshops Dancers to be doing it for free. Transman to come across frae bonnie Dundee LUYD shall be running a cinematic extravaganza in a room all day (screen and projector) b.
