BROADMOOR, Colorado Springs, USA.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

My current position as Management Trainee undertook a variety of activities


to gain insight into the full range of the department’s operations and required the
directing of the daily activities of the restaurant and Participate in Business
forecasting and scheduling of department’s business. Schedule staff for lunch and
dinner shifts. Oversee daily operations. Understand the specifics of high- volume
Dining service. Partake in set-up, proper use of displays, props and decor, application
of casual dining equipment, and organization of specific events (group lunches and
dinners).conduct end-of-month food and beverage inventories. With appropriate
progression in training, I engaged in supervisory training and assume an events
supervisory responsibility.

Worked as Food & Beverage Trainee Supervisor in Swallow Hotel, Dundee, Scotland,
UK.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

As a Food and Beverage Trainee Supervisor I performed training in supervision


of staff, running restaurant shifts, attending departmental meetings, co-ordinations of
restaurant bookings, assisting in conference hosting, running bar shifts and cash
handling.

Employer History:
Part of an original Scottish Mansion the Swallow hotel (presently the Landmark
hotel) is the perfect location for a relaxed break. A very special place to Stay, Meet,
Dine, Relax and Celebrate. It has 101 rooms and a nice garden view restaurant,

Worked as Front Office Assistant at Hotel Grand palace, Chrompet, Chennai, India.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

As Front Office Assistant I had responsibilities of maintaining guest relations, all


department’s daily sale reports, cash handling, handling guest check in, and check
out’s.

Grand palace hotel is a business hotel which is located four kms from the Chennai
international airport and it has got 36 luxury rooms, an Indian restaurant and
underground bar.

Worked as Front Office Assistant at Hotel Sakithyan, Chennai, India.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

As Front Office Assistant my duties was handling guest check in ,check out’s,
handling cash, maintaining daily reports, hands on hotel management system,
reporting to the General manager.

Sakithyan hotel is a business hotel which is located in the central part of the

Southern hotel, Chennai, India.

As Operational Trainee I worked in restaurant, conference, and hotel bar and had a
good exposure of the Food and Beverage Service Department.

Royal Southern hotel is a business hotel, which comes under BBC world referral
hotels and is located in the outskirts of the Chennai metropolitan city and it has got 55
rooms, south Indian restaurant, 24 hours coffee shop and hotel bar.

Worked as a Trainee in all major departments of the hotel at Hotel Savera, Chennai

As a part of academics I did my industrial exposure training in all the major


departments of the above hotel.
