The Invocation of Atem When your life is ready for a change, when things are bleak and getting

bleaker, when your possibilities seem at an end call on Atem. Atem is the Opener of the Way. He is your connection to the gods and goddesses of the ages, the demons and angels of the greater consciousness, the spirits and guides of the unseen world. Are you ready for your world to change? Say the following out loud:

I offer my attention, the force of my consciousness, to Atem. I do this by speaking these words and allowing my understanding of them to develop. I charge these words with my emotions, with the power of my wants and needs, the feelings of my gains and losses, my joy, sorrow, love, anger, enthusiasm, melancholy, and elation. I start right where I am now, with the things I have close to hand, the thoughts and tools that already fit into my life. I ask that my experience of the world can change so that I can better make use of my thoughts and tools. I hope to notice you, Atem, in every way that you manifest in my life.

Now be open to Atems forms. Thoughts and manifestations of Atem may occur near bodies of water in the sunlight, or in places that are sacred to computers and information technology, or where the setting sun shines through trees, or at night where people socialize and explore each others dreams and desires, or in any other place where the complexity of interaction reaches beyond the ability of a humans conscious mind. Atem lives on the border of chaos, where the butterflys wing beats, where graphs become asymptotic, and in that place where William Blake saw infinity in a grain of sand. Atem is not here to save the Earth or unite mankind or to put health, wealth, and wisdom in your hand.
