    On March from 9TH to 17TH , 2013 at the Conventions Center Yucatan 21st century and the Great Museum of the Mayan World, at the beautiful city of Merida " The white one ", will be at the disposal of the public Yucateco, in the stand C8, the works of the Adviser and Researcher Venezuelan H. Dubric, who placed to the public debate, the formula for the formation of a new executive, when he said: " Executives and businessmen need, that they can think with the heart and feel with the brain, since the times that they approach will be increasingly critics ". This one was one of so many postulates issued from 1.990 when his first book wrote BIRTH OF A NEW EXECUTIVE. It is necessary to be noted that H. DUBRIC is a writer of managerial integral topics, since he involves in his researches, social, cultural, economic, political, ecological aspects, among others, which allow the reader or researcher, deepen and reflect on the causes of the events we are seeing at overall, from a serious and verifiable analysis of human nature, in order to provide practical tools that will achieve the much desired change in the collective, whatever they may be.
