About the program Nepal is in process of making a new constitution with federalism. Before that Nepal has passed through decade long civil war occurred between Maoists which is recognized as one of the biggest party of Nepal now. In the time of war, many youths were used as soldiers by Maoist. Many youths who were staying with family were treated badly by both Maoist and army. Substantial number of youths who were serving as soldiers in Maoist party lost their lives, many disabled. On the other side there already a group of youth who are disabled. Among them some are doing very good and some are in shadow and are deprived of even basic rights. Like in Nepal, many countries throughout the world, civil war is still undergoing and every country where civil war is taking place youth is used as supporters or protestor. 2

Apart, from that situation has worsen due to political parties are always in debate whether which kind of federalism they want to adopt. In this process also mostly Youth have been mobilized as protest either in support or in against of federalism however youth are not able raise their own issue like youth unemployment ,youth involvement in crime, drug and addiction, religious and ethnic protest and other various sectors which can caused devastating effects on youths. Most of time youth are both perpetrators and victims. Today, it is not only issue of Nepal but every country is pacing problem one or other way. Both in developed and underdeveloped countries issue is in height but it has been leaving serious adverse effect and impact on youths of developing countries like Nepal. Different INGOs, UN Agencies, NGOs and government are already working by conducting different program to address issues of youths in Nepal, South Asian Countries and in international level. In this context Youths UNESCO CLUB is organizing International Youths Peace Camp for the first time in Nepal. This camp will be platform for all those youth students, youths affected by conflict, differently able youths, youth activist and other youths who are engaged in different sector. Through this camp youth will be to share their both bad and good experiences, to present the cultural show for all the talented youths and will give opportunity to learn about experiences of youths of different countries. Furthermore club believes that it will help to provide the youth a safe environment to build up friendships, cooperation, and social skills among group activities. Through the activities youth should learn self discipline and communication skills to empower them to take responsibility for their behavior. The camp also encourages youth for creative expression to find conflict solution, collaborate with peers, accountability and trust, and strengthens their confident of goal setting and decision making through the camp activities games and teambuilding and cultural exchange.
