- Step 2 Step 2: Assessment of information and data The results of Step 1 now serve as a basis for the assessment of information gathered in terms of:
Contrariness/compatibility of the information and data, Overlapping/amendments and interfaces Applicability of the activities practice (required by the different quality tools) IE will prepare a template for data collection for all involved partners. With it the data gathering and evaluation should be more effectively.

Expected results:
Development of a matrix which provides information about measures of the quality tools and their effects. The overlaps and contrariness of the effects will be investigated in particular. 7

Description of work (4/4) - Step 3 Step 3: Development of a procedure for companies All the information gathered in Step 1 and 2 shall be connected to create a management tool for companies dealing with solid biofuels. Expected results: The tool (like a technical report) shall be developed by IE in close cooperation with TUHH and TI.
It will give companies guidance when considering and integrating the different aspects in an existing management system most efficiently The guideline could be used in a similar way like CEN/TR 15569 Solid biofuels guide for a quality assurance system, e.g. as annex to the CEN/TS 15234 Solid biofuels Fuel quality assurance
