Reservation Incentives

Promo period: September 3, 2012 to December 14, 2012; Reservation incentives will be released upon completion of the reservation; For cash payment of the reservation fee, incentives will be released in cash on the same day the reservation fee is received; For check payment of the reservation fee, incentives will be released after the check payment has cleared in favor of Pacific Land. Reservation incentive will also be released in dated check;

Reservation is made on or before December 14, 2012; Application for Reservation is completed and signed by both the buyer/s and broker/ agent; Application for reservation is accepted and approved by Pacific Land; Documentary requirements for reservation (i.e., at least 2 valid IDs) are received by Pacific Land; Full reservation fee of Php30,000.00 is paid;

For reservation fees paid in check, the same has to clear in favor of Pacific Land on or before December 14, 2012;

Promo period: September 3, 2012 to December 14, 2012; A concession and unilateral grant extended by Pacific Land to its accredited brokers/ agents who will close a sale for any Mactan Plains unit; A rewards program in addition to the standard five percent (5%) brokers commission and on top of the reservation incentive for every client reservation made;

Selling brokers/ agents shall be qualified to pick a raffle prize with every unit sold; Only transactions consisting of both reservation and closing on or before December 14, 2012 shall be covered by the promo;

Closing of transaction: Execution of a Contract to Sell/ Deed of Absolute Sale and payment of at least the 1st installment of the equity downpayment;

Agents/Brokers

Selling brokers/ agents shall pick a raffle prize immediately upon his qualification; Raffle prizes will be claimed on December 20, 2012; In the event that a broker/ agent is not available to pick a raffle prize on or before December 14, 2012, he is allowed to pick and claim the prize within five (5) days from December 14, 2012 or until December 19, 2012; Prizes are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash;

Only brokers and realty firms duly accredited by Pacific Land shall be entitled to participate in the promo. Pacific Land has the exclusive right to determine whether or not a realty firm or Broker is duly accredited and thus, entitled to participate in the promo; Pacific Land reserves the right to disqualify any realty firm/ broker and/ or agent from further participation in the promo, if in its judgment, that person has violated the terms and conditions herein or any of the outstanding Policies on Accreditation of Brokers of Pacific Land; Pacific Land shall recognize the selling broker/ agent who accompanies the buyer during reservation and delivers the buyers reservation payment with a duly accomplished Application for Reservation signed by both the buyer and the broker/ agent;

Pacific Land reserves its exclusive right and prerogative to admit exceptions to these Rules in meritorious and exceptional cases to be determined solely by Pacific Land; Pacific Land expressly reserves its right to amend, alter and/or modify these Rules as it sees fit. It also retains the right to promulgate additional rules and regulations to clarify, explain and expand the same.
