After going through the Panchnama it is seen that the Panchas had gone on the site on 27/03/2010 on the next day of the accident and they found nothing on the side of the accident. On our personal visit to Insured at his place at Rakhial, he was not available there then, but we met his son who was driving that Tractor with Trolley and stated that while taking reverse turn, the accident had occurred in which one Mr. Rajeetpuri Gosai died. On our request, he had given us that same statement in writing also along with one copy of which Is attached herewith for further necessary action. While going through the driving license, it is seen that the driving license is from Sabar Kantha. So, we have not taken any certificate from R.T.O. (s. k) but, while going through the zerox copy of that driving license it is seen that the driver was having a license for tractor at the time of accident. On our personal visit to the place of applicant and collected their election card for the purpose and attached herewith for the records. It is also seen that the deceased was running his 36 years of age as per the election card. We have also collected all the Photos of applicants and the same are also attached herewith. On our inquiry from deceaseds wife. She stated that he had gone for his work and due to the accident his husband died. After going through the documents and personal visits it is seen that the accident had occurred where only one vehicle was involved and our Tractor driver had been Charge Sheeted by the police. We have also collected statement of driver and from that it is clear that the accident occurred and our tractor with trolley was involved. However, while going through the policy it is seen that the Tractor was Insured with us but there were no any details of Trolley available in the policy, nor in the R. C.
