JADE platform which is currently being built will serve as the Single version of Truth data and data that is missing in JADE will be sourced from respective sources into Agility Sandbox environment namely ProjectUnity. Microsoft Enterprise Services Business Intelligence group has outlined the following business/technical goals under two pillars/themes to achieve by architecting new business intelligence (BI) environment. Description of the project: Microsoft Enterprise Services is re-architecting its business intelligence (BI) environment to support its needs for providing more integrated reporting and analytic support for the Enterprise Services organization. It is anticipated that this environment will provide consistent, accurate, timely and relevant information to support Enterprise Services decision-making processes. DPD (Delivery Performance Dashboard) measures the Performance of Delivery happening across multiple projects. It encompasses data load from source till the OLAP layer in the existing project Unity Platform and building the metrics defined by the Business to measure the Performance across projects. It follows a phased Implementation approach and the end goal is to provide data for all the metrics listed in the DPD Wireframe/Mockup. Geography Security implementation over ProjectUnity- This design was implemented to restrict data access to various Users/Groups as per various roles mostly specific business roles in Microsoft. This was further enhanced towards Role based and PII security in JADE and incorporated in Unity. Data access to Users will be granted access on various roles.
