The Potrero Booster Neighborhood Association and the Dogpatch Neighborhood Association filed a permit appeal for the Grading Permit issued by the Department of Building Inspection for the new MUNI Islais Creek Bus facility at 1301 Cesar Chavez . Notices of Permit Issuance were not posted properly and we have not been able to verify that an approved remediation plan was prepared for the handling of the vast amount of contaminated soil on the site.
