Managing and overseeing the operation of the Company in accordance with the goals and strategic directions. Day-to-day management of the operations of the company to ensure the full functionality in all aspects i.e. Legal, HR, IT, Quality Control, Logistics, Compliance, Security, Shared services etc. Formulate procedures, operational and strategic plans for the Company and all regional offices. Supervise, lead and cooperate with Heads of departments in their day to day operations and towards the overall goals and mission of the Company. Provide leadership to the Company by taking responsibility for ensuring that the necessary skills are available and that appropriate staff development opportunities are made available. Implement high standard of internal Quality Control. Execute the internal audit recommendations in the overall operations of CTL. Fulfill and ensure timely reporting to CTL Executives, Governments, Manufacturers/Suppliers and other stakeholders. Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college is required, however a combination of experience in management and other qualifications in similar fields may be considered. 5 to 10 years Experience is preferred Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of business plans and the operational strategies for commercial opportunities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- technology savvy. Knowledgeable in the areas of organizational development, sales & marketing along with a dynamic program of operations skills. Passionate commitment towards: integrity, courage, ownership, and respect. Demonstrate leadership, management skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to convert innovative ideas into complete processes.
