Design and implement the curriculum for every class. Research external sources and prepare lectures to introduce varied ways of interpreting and understanding the conceptual material covered in class. Create extra-credit projects and work individually with students who struggle with mainstream and official grading requirements Run study groups for students who need further help understanding class material.
