1.0) Executive Summary:

Milk is the raw material of the dairy industry, which cannot be created artificially and stored for long time. The term Milk Market refers to the fluid whole that is sold to the individuals usually for direct consumption. The dairy industry has come up to the present stage because of the National Dairy Development Board and co-operation of the Government.Effective and coordinated efforts of the National Dairy Development Board lays down rules and regulations to be followed by the various co-operatives milk societies. The dairy was started in 198081.it is the only one dairy. The study is undertaken to understand the applications of information technology at "ALBAL HALU UTPADAKARA SAHAKARI SANGHA NIYAMITA Technology has become the basic arrangement of the dairy industry today. This study is an effort to understand the applications of information technology in the modern dairy industry, and recommending some suggestions to enhance it for better future expectations.

SOFTWARE DEVEIOPMENT LIFE CYCLE (SDLC)

The Waterfall Model was first Process Model to be introduced. It is also referred to as a linear-sequential life cycle model. It is very simple to understand and use. In a waterfall model, each phase must be completed fully before the next phase can begin. When to use the waterfall model: Simple and easy to understand and use. Easy to manage due to the rigidity of the model each phase has specific deliverables and a review process. Phases are processed and completed one at a time. 4) Information Flow (existing): Work in the dairy will be done in the following way:

1. The milk will come in the dairy by the farmer 2. Helper will be check weight of the milk . 3. The milk tester will check fat of milk, and also send to the store then after that store in refrigerator 4.accountant will enter in journal and give the bill to costumer 5. End of the day milk tanker will be come for carry the milk 6. Supervisor will check milk contents and give the report will be journalized .

Over all conclusions about this project is i have got good experience regarding management information system.
