| 19th Nov. 2012 :: Tehatta Jagaddhatri Puja Coordination Committee resolved to postpone all Jagaddhtri Puja in Tehatta town this year in a protest of trigger happy Police Firing on 14-11-2012 and Obstinate Pro-Muslim Administration. On Monday evening the meeting between administration and police led by Sri Sudipto Bhattacharjee SDO, Tehatta and the Tehatta Jagaddhatri Puja Coordination Committee led by Sri Amarnath Biswas found no amicable settlement as the Puja committee of PWD Para Baroari Puja Committee wanted to perform a symbolic Ghat Sthapan Puja at least in the very place of last year Puja and the Administration and Police negated it out rightly. This year Shri Shri Jgaddhatri Mata Puja falls on and from 19th Nov to 23 Nov according to Bengali Hindu Calender and Chandan Nagar (Hoogly) and Tehatta (Nadia) are the most renowned places in West Bengal for conducting the same with special grandeur and most spectacular celebrations. For the obstinate and pro-Muslim decision of the Tehatta administration and the policy of TMC (Total Muslim Congress as the people of Bengal usually name the Trinmool Congress), compelled the Puja Coordination to all 56 Barowari and Sarvojanan Jagaddhatri Pujas of Tehatta, including the PWD Para Barwari Puja where TMC MP (Member of Parliament) and eminent Benagli Film star , Sri Tapas Pal came to inaugurate the puja just last year. A senior member of the Puja Coordination Committee told the Hindu Existence Team that the land of Eidgah and Barowari Puja Place both are part of Vested and PWD lands. The Muslims are allowed to encroach the land permanently with boundaries under the blessed State Islamic policy, but a symbolic Ghat Sthapanam Puja is not allowed in the previous years puja place by the same administration and trigger happy police. This is too much. PWD lands, roadsides, most of the market places and crossing places are under the clutch of Muslim public and land grabbers in Nadia. But, police and administration have now perhaps directed only to uproot all the rights of Hindus in Nadia to make Nadia a Muslim majority district. However, Nadia (Tehatta is one of the four subdivisions in the district) is a bordering district of West Bengal, adjacent to Bangladesh, where the Muslim infiltration, cross border smuggling, illegal cow and arms trading, net of fake Indian currency and obviously Islamic fundamentalism are seen in a very optimum level. After the police violence and firing upon the peaceful demonstration of Hindus lead by the Tehatta Jagaddhatri Puja Coordination Committee and Tehatta bandh convened by Tehatta Business Owners Association on 14th Nov at Haulia (spelt as Howlia also) Crossing (where a person Ashoke Sen was died at Police Firing by SDPO himself), the insane SDPO, Dr Shailesh, IPS lodged a FIR (Police Case No. 825/2012) against 18 Hindu persons by their particular names in Tehatta police station in Nadia. It has been reported that Police is trying to connect RSS and other Hindu organisation in that violence unreasonably under the instruction of State Administration from Writers Buildings, Kolkata. A case is going on under section 302 of IPC against Sri Sarkar in the Honble Calcutta High Court in this matter, so far the reports gathered by Hindu Existence Forum. Both the state leaders of Congress and CPIM of West Bengal, vehemently opposed the recent police firings in West Bengal under a TMC ruling and macaronic Mamataz Banu Arjee advocating Change, Development, Party Discipline, No Confidence Motion in Parliament with BJP support and obviously for her fantasy of an Islamic West Bengal. Again Hindus are attacked by Police of West Bengal under the instruction of strangle down even a slight Hindu sentiment to extravagantly appease the Muslim demands by cutting down religious rights of Hindus in every foot step. Hindus are thrashed down to an intolerable position which is bound to such a retaliation that can be death sign of the ruling TMC (All India Trinmool Congress) Govt in West Bengal. Today, one Sri Ashok Sen was shot down while other three were injured ( one of them in critical condition) in police firing at Tehatta in Nadia district of West Bengal on Wednesday morning. Local channels showed footage of policemen firing into the crowds from rooftops. The trouble started around 8 am when Hindus of the area blocked road on KrishnanagarKarimpur State Highway, protesting the polices refusal to allow them hold a twenty years old Jagadhatri Puja at a particular location at PWD Para near Howlia. Police first lathicharged and charged tear gas the crowd without any provocation as a dispersing method which then turned the protesters violent and they set at least six police vehicles on fire. Additional Director of Police, law and order, Surajit Kar Purkayastha confirmed three rounds of police firing in a press briefing in Writers Buildings in the afternoon. According to locals, there had been dispute between Hindus and Muslims over a piece of land in Howlia village, which is vested with the state government. Trimurti Club, local puja committee had been organising this Sarbajonin Jahadhatri Puja at the ground for the last eight years to continue this 20 years old Jagaddhatri Puja of PWD Para. This time, the incited Muslim community in Change Syndrome objected to the puja at the venue, which is a Govt. vested land and not a Muslim/Wakf property at all. TMC leader and State Minister, Ujjwal Biswas, (minister for youth welfare from Nadia district), rushed to the spot. The land is vested with the government. There has been a long-standing dispute over the land between Hindu and Muslim groups. When the Hindu groups wanted to organise Jagadhatri Puja on the ground, the Muslim groups sought permission for namaaz there. We held an all-party meeting in the presence of the SDO and SDPO. The issue was resolved. But local CPM leaders provoked the mob, which caused todays violence, said Biswas. According to sources, members of the Muslim community wanted the ground to be used as an Eidgah for namaaz only by dethroning the Puja Rights of Hindus. As a matter of fact, the Muslims of PWD Para area have already barricaded some portion of land forcefully to use it as Eidgah. As per report, the person who was killed in the police firing was identified as Ashok Sen (42 yrs), a local resident of Hospital Para of Tehatta . For last few days, tension was mounting over negating a permission of a Jagaddhatri Puja of PWD Para near Howlia area. Locals alleged that police refused to grant permission for very old Jagaddhatri Puja for security reason. Actually, the Muslims of the area has raised a objection the Puja nearby an occupied Eidgah (upon PWD land) of a Muslim populated area. The police first tried to refute the incident of Police Firing, but due to the clear telecast of firing on various channels, Police could not conceal the matter and confirmed Police Firing after a long seven hours of the tragic incident. Five Hindus are arrested under the charges of violence, over ten Hindus are under treatment, but the eight injured police personnel (as claimed by the police authority) are nowhere seen in any treatment centres. Processions and meetings in the area have been also banned. A heavy Police contingent and Rapid Action Force have been deployed in the disturbed area to control the situation, as reported. Some sources said that the SDPO, Tehatta, Dr. S. Shah (Land Phone: 03471-250202/Mobile: 9051272100) ordered himself the firing caused the situation more violent Incidentally, in the last year the same Nadia Police shot down a Hindu House wife over a Durga Immersion procession route dispute on Vijaya Dashami day. The changing demographic situation in Nadia by unchecked Muslim population and Muslim infiltration from neighbouring Bangladesh are a great harm for the loosing Hindus in this district in general.

Please dont discriminate Hindu Muslim in your duty bound works. The Muslim Appeasement Policy in West Bengal should not effect your liberal mind. WBPCC chief Pradip Bhattacharya asked Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee to discipline her police and demanded an impartial probe into the incident. Leader of Opposition Suryja Kanta Mishra said the situation there did not warrant police firing. Problems cannot be solved by police firing and the inflexible attitude of the government will not help solve any problem, he said. Sri Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury, the Central Minister of State for Railways said that the whole incident is very unfortunate. He put the question mark over the trigger happy police action where a permission of a VERY OLD Jagaddhatri Puja demanded by a large section of people could not be granted amicably.

It is herd that a NIGHT CURFEW has been imposed in some parts of Entally Police Station jurisdiction after 10 pm on 25-10-2012. A moderate to severe Communal clash was out-broken when a Durga Protima (Durga Deity) was vandalized by some communal Muslim boys under brick-baiting on an Immersion ceremony of Bhratri Sangha. The immersion procession of Bhratri Sangha (opposite to Linton Post Office Govt. Quarters) was attacked at Ananda Palit Road approach by some rowdy Muslim Groups at about 8-30 pm. Hindu residents of that area boldly protested the Islamic hooliganism with all means for which some Muslim persons got injury. They are being treated at nearby Chittaranjan National Medical College & Hospital. Hindu protesters blocked he adjacent roads and police dispersed the mob by throwing tear-gas. It should be mentioned here that Hindus of this area protested cruelty upon animal on Saptami day (http://www.hindusamhati.blogspot.in/2012/10/maha-saptami-in-kolkata-witnesses.html) (2nd day of Durga Puja) while some Muslim butchers ghastly pulled on a cow, which succumbed a severe fracture and bleeding from its leg. The fatigued cows took refuge in front of Charaktala Shiva Temple (near 2 no. bridge, Park Circus) incidentally and the blood splashed out to the inside of that temple, for which the Hindus reacted severely all on a sudden. 10000 Hindus spontaneously protested then without any banner. Bengal Gau Rakshak Dal had reached the spot and distributed the leaflet appealing Ban on Cow Slaughter. Two cows were recovered then from the Muslim butchers and sent to Haringhata and Belgachia Veterinary Hospital for treatment as per information so far available. Moreover, the activists of Bengal Gau Rakshak Dal recovered more than 20 cows at Munshibazar area near Beliaghata on 25-10-2012 at 4-30 pm. Hindus of that area demanded arrest of illegal cattle traders and retaliated vehemently. They are to be produced before the court. So far one Muslim perpetrator has been formally arrested by the Police for vandalizing Durga Protima in the immersion procession at latest. But, three innocent Hindu boys were also booked by the Entally police authority to pacify the arrogant Muslim community. The Communal Officer-InCharge of Entally P.S (033-22275892). Ajizul Mallick (mobile- 9830184102) is favouring the Muslim Community as reported. This Muslim officer recently forwarded 25 names of all Muslim boys for the selection of Civil Defence Volunteers without consulting the Local Councillor of 56 no Ward of CMC, Smt. Dipali Das. The agitated local public is demanding the immediate transfer of communal Ajizul Mallick, the Officer-in-Charge of Entally Police Station. It is heard that a dangerous underworld Muslim don, named Md. IQbal Ahamed, the brother of notorious Communal MP, Md. The only reason Muslims slaughter cows in the Indian subcontinent, is because it creates psychological domination over the Hindus. Islam is a hunter-grabber ideology and cowslaughter has a important social message. West Bengal Director General of Police (DGP) Naparajit Mukerjee also told the MHA that the link between the Maoist and the ISI was clear in four districts bordering Bangladesh, including Murshidabad. Mr Mukerjee made this revelation to the MHA in a meeting to review the progress made by states to deal with the threat of Maoist insurgency. Maoists have a strong to moderate presence in as many as nine states in India. Central security agencies have earlier warned about the growing links between the CPI (Maoist) and militant Islamic outfits like the banned Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI). A link between Pakistans ISI accused of being the master mind of the 26/11 Mumbai strikes and also believed to have strong links with terrorist organisations the Lashkar-e- Taiba (LeT) and CPI (Maoist) hasnt yet been said so definitively. In a related development, the MHA has asked the states not to swap hardcore Maoist to secure the release of hostages. In May this year, the Maoist had kidnapped Sukma collector Alex Paul Menon. He was kept a hostage for 13 days and Maoists had demanded the release of several hardcore arrested insurgents. The MHA has also asked the states to have a trained and dedicated team of negotiators for hostage negotiations. Maoists may have been facing all-round reverses in West Bengal ever since chief minister Mamata Banerjee took charge of the state last year, but they have forged a deadly alliance with the Pakistani spy agency ISI through overground radicals and remnants of the banned outfit SIMI during the period.

Revelation was made by the West Bengal police chief Naparajit Mukherjee here on Thursday when he told a gathering of chief secretaries and DGPs of other naxal-affected states about the growing Maoist-ISI nexus in four districts of the state. Expressing his anguish over the development, he is learnt to have said that the nexus had been reported after arrests of some Maoists who elaborated how overground sympathizers of the Red Ultras acted as a link for them. Murshidabad, West Midnapore, Purulia and Bankura are the four districts where the West Bengal Police had noticed actions that hinted at Maoist-ISI linkages. The link is believed to be helping the ultras in getting arms and ammunition through existing network of north-east insurgents. Though the Union home ministry did not add to what Mukherjee told the gathering over the nefarious link, security and intelligence agencies spoke about the possibility through Maoists sympathizers. They also said that the Maoists support to the Jammu & Kashmir terrorists for their cause in the bordering state had never been a secret. The disclosure of Mukherjee comes even as Bengal has shown remarkable change in the situation where it effectively controlled the Red menace in the past one year through consistent intelligence-based operations against the Red Ultras. Home ministry latest figures on naxal violence show that West Bengal once a hotbed of Maoist activities has, in fact, moved closer to what Andhra Pradesh had achieved by reporting zero casualty consistently in past so many years. Ministrys statistics, based on states reports, show that none of three highly Maoist-affected districts West Midnapore, Purulia and Bankura did not reported any killing in the past 10 months. The period, which incidentally coincides with the Banerjees rule in the state, had also seen the elimination of senior naxal leaders including top CPI(Maoist) politburo member Kishenji and arrest of several others during joint operations of state police and central paramilitary forces. West Midnapore, which witnessed as many as 360 deaths (out the casualty list, death of 95% Hindus proved that the Maoists targeted Hindus to terrorize the common people to control them under gun fire. But, so far it is gathered that the Police has not formally invited the village leaders of Pianjganj in the All Party Meeting on 13-10-2012. But, a resolution may be adopted to permit an OPEN COW SLAUGHTER IN PIANGANJ VILLAGE violating all the rules in broad day light. It was very much astonishing that an Officer-in-Charge is negotiating for an illegal cow slaughter in a convened meeting and a Deputy Superintendent of Police is trying to convincing their inability to do anything if such a cow slaughter may happen in a cattle house of a personal occupancy. All the proceedings say a police intention to allow an illegal cow slaughter in Pianganj area, where Hindus are united to resist it in both legal and agitational way. Police and Rapid Action Force (RAF) also entered and enquired into the village of Pianjganj and took some sample of posters of Bangiya Arya Pratinidhi Sabha Posters from the wall where a SAVE COW SAVE NATION call was envisaged in connection of a Rashtra Raksha Sammelan (Protect the Nation Meet) on 09-10-2012 at Kolkata. The Karnataka Prevention of Slaughter and Preservation of Cattle Bill, 2010, is awaiting the Governors assent. In Punjab and Haryana, cow slaughter is a criminal offence. The sale of beef is banned but consumption is not penalised. Maharashtra bans the killing of cows but bullocks, female buffaloes and calves can be killed on getting a fit-for-slaughter certificate. While Mr Pathasarathi Ghosh, Joint Commissioner of Kolkata Police, ascertained 40-50 thousand gathering in this anti US congregation, the organizers claimed that at least 100000 devout Muslims participated in the largest protest ever in the recent time against the anti Islamic film, Innocence of Muslims. The protestors, belonging to Muslim organisations, including All India Minorities Forum (AIMF), All-Bengal Minorities Youth Federation, All Bengal Minority Council, Furfura Sarrif Seva Foundation, Sunnatul Jamayet Committee, All India Milli Council, Jamiate Ulemaye Bangla, Furfura Sharif Minority Committee, West Bengal Madrasha Union and some 12-14 other fundamental Muslim groups, broke barricades, street decors and tried to approach the highly-fortified American Centre on Chowringee, but were stopped some distance away tactfully, police sources said. However, the huge gathering forced the Consulate authorities to evacuate all the employees of this American high office to avoid any untoward incidents. The protest grid-locked traffic bumper-to-bumper on Chowringhee and C R avenue in central Kolkata and had a ripple effect elsewhere, including the south and the north in the Kolkata metropolis. The protesters raised the slogans against the American, Israel and Indian authorities in a row for their blasphemous and Anti Islamic activities as alleged. They demanded immediate ban on the impugned anti Islamic film as well as prosecute the makers of the film which tampered the character of Prophet Mohammad. The protesters carried the placards demanding the DEATH OF BARACK OBAMA and IMMEDIATE REMOVAL OF AMERICAN BASES FROM ISLAMIC COUNTRIES.

BJP supporters on Friday (31-08-2012) injured five policemen by platings stones and exploded bombs, torched two government vehicles and ransacked the office of the BDO at Suti- I demanding renaming of the upcoming campus of the Aligarh Muslim University in Murshidabad district as reports came in. The trouble started when a BJP delegation led by its state unit President Rahul Sinha and Subir Das, Jt. Block Development Officer (BDO), Suti I, exchanged heated arguments over the demands of renaming the proposed university and immediate stoppage of its construction work which began in the first week of August, SP Humayun Kabir said. It is alleged that the land encroachments from the poor Hindu farmers was made in such a discriminatory way in which the Hindu land looser got minimum compensation. Though it is told by the administrative authorities that 40 bighas of encroached land so far been returned to the annoyed Hindu farmers, the question of establishing a campus of Aligarh Muslim University (the pioneer institution of two nation theory to make a division of this country into Bharat and Pakistan) in a Hindu majority block (Suti-I) is still unsolved. While the construction of the said Communal University (AMU has cent percent Muslim employees and faculties) is running in the abandoned quarters and complex of Farakka Barrage Authority (http://islamicvoice.com/October2010/SOCILAEVILS/), the locals demand an university in the name of Patriotic and revolutionary Poet Nazru Islam or in the name of Murshidabad University as a local sentiment. It must be mentioned here that as per the constitution of AMU, it only permits its extension units within the 25 kilometers radius of AMU Mosque. A special leave petition (SLP) in the Supreme Court is now pending in the matter of establishment of Kishanganj Campus of AMU in Bihar. Earlier, the Patna high court threw out such a plea on the basis of Section 12 of the Act which provided for the establishment and maintenance of such centres with the sanction of the AMUs Visitor, who is the President of the country. In such a situation, a hectic arrangements for the impugned construction is being made by the West Bengal State authorities in the face of the Muslim appeasement policy adopted by Mamata Banerjee, the Chief Minister of West Bengal. At latest, a FIR has been made by the state police against 1000 agitators (mostly Hindus) including Rahul Sinha, the President of West Bengal BJP unit. Sri Sinha reiterated that he had put no incitement in this matter so far. The repercussion of the local people is very natural as they do not tolerate any Muslim cultural invasion in the name of a Muslim University in an area still dominated by Hindu culture so far.
