Gary is skilled in the design, development and delivery of training interventions that help people perform their jobs in the best way they possibly can. Gary believes passionately in the value of people development and uses his skills & experience to help people and organisations achieve their goals. Areas of expertise

Sales Gary has recently developed & delivered a suite of sales force development programmes for the worlds fastest growing airline, Etihad Airways. These programmes are now embedded in to their global sales culture and have been successfully transferred to their in-house delivery team. The programmes cover all aspects of business-to-business sales and account management including account planning, pipeline and sales process management, key account management & negotiation. These are all supported with an integrated field sales coaching programme. Customer Service Working with Sealed Air (previously Johnson Diversey) Gary has supported the development of their customer service culture. Starting with the definition of service standards and the subsequent translation in to service skills and behaviours, three programmes have been designed delivered and rolled out to a global audience. Management & Leadership Gary regularly works with management teams at all levels. This may be to develop basic team management and coaching skills with first line people managers through to facilitated activities with Executive Teams which help them explore the impact of their own leadership styles.

Team development & corporate events As a skilled programme designer and facilitator, Gary delivers inspirational team development programmes that truly help teams work better together. Gary is a certified DiSC practitioner and uses this acclaimed psychometric tool to help individual and teams enhance their communication, collaboration and performance. Consultancy Gary has worked on numerous consultancy projects to help solve business issues and improve organizational performance. These have included supporting the procurement of a customer relationship management system, the design of sales & service processes, organisational design along with team & 1:1 coaching.
