Core responsibilities included management of the entire program and customized the General Liability, Commercial Auto Liability, Workers Compensation and Managed Care programs to client instructions. Review ed and evaluated performance of assigned claims examiners. Provided administrative and technical training and overall development of assigned personnel. Managed vendors and negotiated settlements resulting from aviation, cargo, and general liability claims. Consulted on private sector commercial risk management issues which included general contractor liability and product liability. Provided claims and risk management services for several self-insured entities. Additional responsibilities included client development, litigation management and public relations.
