ABSTRACT
Today in every organization Human resource planning as an activity is necessary. It is an important part of an organization. Human Resource Planning is a vital ingredient for the success of the organization in the long run. The objective of human resource department is Human resource planning , Recruitment and Selection, training and development, Career planning , transfer and Promotion, risk Management, Performance Appraisal and so on. Each objective needs special attention and proper Planning and implementation. With reference to this context, my project has been prepared to throw light on Human resource planning at the Vijaya Diagnostic Centre to make effective and efficient use of human resources available and meet the present and future human resources requirements of the organization.
