 About SIB Steam Boiler

Indian Boilers Act in the process of being amended. Neither the manufacturer nor the use of what are generally knows as baby boilers will be possible under the provisions of the amended Act. To protect the interests of those industries whose requirements of steam are limited. A new chapter has been added to the Indian Boiler Regulations for manufacturer and use of Small Industrial Boilers(SIB). Stages and procedure for manufacturer of SIBs are few and far simpler. Procedure for initial registration and subsequent renewals are also very simple. Registration and renewal fees are very low. Replacement of existing baby boilers in use by the SIBs will ultimately lead to tension-free operation of boiler. We have a very wide range of SIBs burning all the available fuels. THERMTECH INDUSTRIES are designed for multiple Passes of the flue gas to ensure efficient convective heat transfer as well as easy for cleaning.

 Construction
THERMTECH INDUSTRIES are manufactured in accordance with the stringent standard laid down in Chapter XIV of IBR for Small Industrial boiler. Tested steel plate are used and strict quality control is enforced at each and every stage of construction. All the boilers are hydraulically tested at double of the working pressure.
