Moved on to achieve the lead/supervisory role for the department within my first three months of
working for the company with no prior experience.

Bintang Badminton Academy, Sunnyvale, CA (Coaching & Cashier) May 2013 through March 2014

Worked as a Coach and Cashier with Bintang (Cashier duties were the same as provided below.)
Coached Badminton at the beginner level to children ranging from age six to sixteen.
Became the Recruiting Coach in charge of evaluations at the Sunnyvale gym.
Was put in charge of facilitating and organizing Bintang's international coaches' lesson schedules.
Also put in charge of recruiting team members for our international coaches' training teams.

Began training in Class Management for the Coaching staff.
