In the Name of the Beloved On this wonderful time of love and peace, I would like to wish you and

your loved ones a happy Easter. On this occasion I would like to share my humble selection and translation of one of the most meaningful stories from Rumi about holy Jesus Christ, which will appear in one of my new books, God willing. A wise man asked holy Jesus, What is the harshest thing in the universe? Jesus said, Oh my dear, the most severe thing is Gods wrath, From that, even hell trembles like us. The man asked, What shelters us from Gods wrath? Jesus said, Leaving your anger at the time (of anger).
The origin of vengeance is hell, And your vengeance is a part of that whole and the enemy of your faith. If you are a part of heaven, your pleasure like heaven is everlasting. Bitter is joining bitters for certain; How can the breath of evil become a companion of the Truth (God)?

Hell is the anger and needs an enemy, So it could live, otherwise a merciful one can terminate it. If there were no enemy and foe in the world, Then the anger would have died amongst people. How can it live since it dies from the light of the (love of) righteous ones? There are hundred thousands of darkness because of your anger, Calm your anger, open your eyes, be happy, Learn from your true friends and become a master (of love). The new Spring blesses our planet with a revival of beauty, bounty, and new life. As natures rebirth begins, we hope our hearts and souls also bloom the new buds of love, compassion, and hope, which could bring about a much more peaceful, loving, just, and caring time for all of earths inhabitants. Unfortunately, our world has been plagued again with wars and violence. Many people, including innocent children, women, and men have been killed or injured. Countless others suffer from insufficient food, shelter, and medicine. Let us all join hands and hearts together and pray to the Almighty that this new Spring and Easter will be a healthy, happy, prosperous, harmonious, and peaceful time for every living creature on our beautiful planet. Let us all hope that a magical divine ray of love, wisdom, and humanity will shine through the hearts of all people and their leaders, so it would miraculously warm their hearts and enlighten their souls to make a genuine effort for eternal peace on Earth. Let me share with you another one of my humble selections and translations of Rumis message of love and peace:

From love, bitter becomes sweet, From love, thorns become flowers, From love, vinegar becomes wine, From love, fire becomes light, From love, devil becomes angel, From love, sorrow becomes joy, From love, sickness becomes health, From love, fury becomes mercy, From love, dead becomes alive,

Please always pray for world peace; please ask your friends and family to do the same.
