KYC Instructions

*Any One of the Relationship Proof, Residential Proof and Passbook Copy in any type of Claim should be a Photo Id Proof. If the claimant has not submitted any Photo ID Proof in the submitted documents .Please collect a Photo ID proof Separately #Passbook Copy can be waived if the Cancelled Cheque has the Name of the Claimant & Account Number is PRINTED on the Cheque #Cancelled Cheque Can be waived if the account of the Claimant is not a Cheque Facility Account and the Copy of the Bank Passbook is provided For any Non Submission of Requirements Please collect a Written Declaration of the reason of Non Submission of the said Requirement in Writing from the Claimant Relationship proof would be in the form of ration card, passport, title deed, will etc. If the claimant is not able to produce a relationship proof, please request the claimant to provide a written declaration stating the reasons for his/ her inability to produce the proof In case the claimant is unable to provide any of the documents stated above, please request the claimant to provide a written declaration stating the reasons for his/ her inability to produce the documents
