Job Profile & Key Deliverables

Utilizes computerized accounting software programs (ERP, Excel, Word) to perform duties and responsibilities. Posting all cash receipts, discounts, allowances, price difference, returns and other charge backs to customer accounts timely and accurately. The expectation is that postings occur the same day or next day Generates accounting statements and reports. Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, ). Enters data into computer system using defined computer programs (ERP) Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records. Matching and verifying cash expenses. Reconcile bank account Organizes and maintains retention files for required period of time. Prepares daily bank deposit. Preparing petty cash book. Assists in financial management and analysis, as requested. Preparing daily MIS Reporting. Organizes and maintains up to date financial records. Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers. Maintains telephone and personal contact with attorneys, staff and vendors on receivable matters as directed by manager. Assist with other projects as needed
