What is the registration process? Auditionees may ll up the application form and submit it before the auditions. e forms are available at Robinsons Malls all over Central Luzon. You may also download them at http:// www.cltv36.tv or http://bit.ly/14bA8ot. You can register weeks before the day of the auditions up to the morning of the audition day. But remember, if you wait until the audition day to register, you will be one of the last to be included in the list, and we may not have the time to accomodate you. Where and when will the auditions be held? What do I need to bring when I register? - 2x2 picture of each member, 1 group picture, original NSO Birth Certi cate (with clear photocopy), one (1) of the following valid IDs with clear photocopy (Drivers license, SSS, GSIS, PhilHealth, Postal, Voter, Senior Citizen, School, Company, etc.), Original Barangay Certi cates for non-natives who have resided in any Central Luzon province for at least 1 year enclosed in a long brown envelope. - Contestants who are 16 and 17 years old must also have a signed parental consent. What do I need to bring when I audition? - Music background or accompaniment must be on CD or MP3 player, lasting for 1-minute only. Due to the high number of auditionees, you must show the best part of the performance right at the start. Prepare a verse and a chorus only if youre a singer, dancer. Comedians, ventriloquists, magicians, jugglers, etc. must also present the best part of their routine. - Costumes, props etc. Please keep in mind that contestants are not allowed to use sharp objects, weapons or pyrotechnic substances and use vulgar or obscene words. If your performance will take too long to set up, bring a DVD of your best performance for the screening committee.

Will there be instruments during the auditions? - No instruments are provided during the auditions. Due to the limited audition time, set up for drums, etc. is not allowed. You may bring small instruments requiring minimal set up (guitars, ute, keyboards, etc.). Bands must also bring a DVD of their best performance to submit to the screening committee. I'm under 18. If my parent signs the parental consent, does he or she still have to come with me to the audition? - Yes. Any minor (16 or 17 years old) auditioning must be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian. e Application Forms and Parental Consent forms can be found here: http://bit.ly/ 14bA8ot What if my parent or legal guardian is not available on the audition day/s? - If your parent or legal guardian is not available to accompany you during the audition day/s, your parent or legal guardian may appoint a guardian for the audition day/s by accomplishing an authorization letter. e appointed guardian MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. In addition, if your appointed guardian does not have authority to sign on your behalf, you MUST bring the Release signed by your parent or legal guardian during the auditions. If you are a minor and arrive at the audition with someone other than your parent or legal guardian and you DO NOT have a signed Parental Consent for Minors form and signed Release/Waiver, or your appointed guardian is not 18 years of age or older, or your appointed guardian does not have a valid ID, you will be asked to leave the venue and will not be permitted to audition unless and until you are able to ful ll the registration requirements. What is the maximum number of participants per group? - A maximum of 20 members are allowed for group performers. Are the auditions free? - Yes. ere is no fee charged for the auditions.

Are the auditions by appointment? - Auditions are not by appointment. All contestants in each audition venue must appear at the same designated place and time. Please check the audition schedules on our website and keep watching CLTV36 for more information. What if Im late for the auditions? - Everyone must show up for the audition on the scheduled day and time. Auditions are on a rst come, rst served basis. If you are late, you may not have a chance to audition. Because we are expecting a large turnout at the auditions, even if you do show up when the venue opens, we cannot guarantee that you will have a chance to audition in front of the screening committee. You should arrive at the auditions as early as allowed at the audition venue you choose to attend. Our advice: BE ON TIME ALL THE TIME. Will everyone in line have the opportunity to audition on the audition day? - ere is no guarantee that everyone who registers will be given the opportunity to audition. If our time is running short, the Producers may walk around the venue to pick out people to audition (regardless of how early they registered or their audition numbers) based on performing ability, look, style, personality and other factors, at the Producers sole discretion. If I am not selected during my rst audition, can I audition again in another venue? - Yes. You may attend auditions in more than one venue. Please re-submit your registration information if you are auditioning again and check the www.cltv36.tv for more details regarding the audition schedules.
