A NEW CHAPTER IN THE CONTIUNING SAGA OF THE LIBERTY DOLLAR MAN On March 6th 2008 at approximately 6am in the

morning 19 agents and officers of the law came to our home. Most of them searched our home and stayed in our home for 8 hours and 45 minutes! Why did they come so early and stay so long? With no announcement and supposedly a warrant to enter the premises. When they entered our property one agent came to my door knocking and ringing the doorbell. Now that was a courteous action on his part. When I came to an adjacent door he immediately stated I have a warrant to enter your property, does Shane Buczek live here? My answer was yes but he is not here and where is your warrant. He flashed the warrant in my face, showed me his badge; I responded, I am not letting you in. He proceeded to walk right into our home with what I believe were 9 other individuals, all packing guns!! The other agents were running around our property as if I we were harboring fugitives and they may escape! In the first few minutes of entry by the agents we established who they were, I could not believe the number of people in my home, all to obtain according to the warrant a passport that our son Shane Buczek was using. (We requested to make a phone call, they would not allow us to call anyone nor let anyone in. This home we live in is also our place of business with 9 people working every day, three of which stay in our home where our office resides. No one was allowed to work on this day, which put undue strain on us. Our work must be done in a timely fashion every day and this inconvenience cost us dearly)! When we asked what agency they were from initially they told us the DSS. Now what is the DSS? The U.S. Department of State's Diplomatic Security Service (DSS) is a Federal law enforcement agency mandated with enforcing the laws of the United States pertaining to the illegal issuance, use, or manufacture of passports and visas. DSS Special Agents have the authority to make arrests for violations of relevant passport and visa statutes as well as to conduct investigations of crimes that occur overseas on U.S. Government property. DSS Special Agents have conducted international document fraud investigations for the past 73 years. For more information on this organization go to https://thailand.cms3.getusinfo.com/embassy/dss.htm We later learned that 6 different GOVT agencies were in our home: 1)DSS - Diplomatic Security Service Roy Stillman 2)FBI - Federal Bureau of Investigation Tina, 3)HS - Homeland Security

4)IRS - Internal Revenue Service Mike 5)ATF - Alcohol Firearms, Tobacco 6)Local Police - Town of Evans Scott DeJohn, (Tracy, & Lt. Tom George were on the property but did not enter the home) As the agents were walking about our home they would call for different people, just as many of us would do if we were building our home. Each having their own specialty. If it was gun related ATF people were ask to review the situation, if it was a question on security, then the Homeland guys were assessing the matter and on and on, it truly was a great display of how the agencies work and all in our home. We could not buy this kind of show anywhere in this world and here we are getting a free demonstration in our home, what more could you ask for! Why all these agencies and why did they proceed in looking through every inch of our home well it was a "WITCH HUNT" The question is who pressured the government to search our home? For what reason? Why would the government send six different agencies to our home with the warrant to search our home to find a passport that our son Shane owned? When we asked these questions no answer was offered! Initially the agents did not know were to go in our home, several asked how big our home was and where are all the rooms. The ATF agent asked if we had guns and I old them yes and told them were to go to see them. My wife and I were instructed not leave the living room. The lead agent, which we believe was in charge, acted under the GOVT agency of the DSS, his name, was Roy B. Stillman. He tried to remain polite and professional. On one occasion he accused my wife of over reacting. Chastising her for suggesting that her jewelry was missing. When the agents wanted to search our bedroom my wife asked if she could lock her jewelry cabinet. In addition hang on to a box, which had jewelry in it from her grandmother. Roy B. Stillman was reluctant but agreed that this would be ok. My wife Debbie after having the box in her hand went down stairs to the living room and sat down. She placed the jewelry box on the coffee table and went to get a cup of coffee. When Debbie came back to the coffee table she could not find the jewelry box and was horrified! The agent Roy B. Stillman told her to calm down and was very sure that they would find this box of jewelry when the day is done. Several agents

asked her were did she go since having the jewelry box in her hand. I search the area moving very carefully as several FBI agents were watching every move I made, as if I was going to do something. (I wasn't born last night with 19 officers in my home packing guns what did they think we were going to do)? Anyways I am positive that I searched all areas that Debbie may have gone to in those few minutes Debbie realized the box of jewelry was gone. Not only did I search the area but also so did several others, failing to find the missing jewelry box! About an hour later who do you think found the jewelry box, none other than Roy B. Stillman and he found it right in the area I searched thoroughly with several other agents! Strange that it showed up, but we are thankful it did. And can you believe Roy B. Stillman then found it in his heart to chastise my wife for suggesting that one of his agents may have taken it! Just imagine 19 uninvited people vested and packing guns, come into your home searching every inch of your home and then this Roy B. Stillman scolds you for protecting your property. SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE! During the course of the day much conversation was shared many of the agents were very cordial and conducted themselves as business as usual. We must add here that Agent Roy B. Stillman finally showed us the warrant and it was very limited in scope. It stated as follows: United States Passport bearing number 103233184 in the name of SHANE CHRISTOPHER BUCZEK ("Buczek"), the badge and "UNITED STATES OF America Head of State Diplomat" identification card (or badges and cards), and documents associated with the application for obtaining this badge and card. The agents executing this warrant are authorized to take photographs of the exterior and interior of 7335 Derby Road, Derby, New York to, among other things, preserve images of from where evidence was found, how it was stored or secreted, and its condition upon its seizure, as well as to document the condition of 7335 Derby Road, Derby, New York before and after the search. As you can read from the above the agents went well beyond the scope of the warrant. It saddens us greatly that this great nation allows this to happen. As the day lingered on, with the search continuing in every room of our house, all our drawers, our business papers, our safe, conversation was on going with some of the agents. It appeared to us many in the group could readily see we were not criminals and this was a "witch hunt" orchestrated by someone outside of this agency. Who could that be? At about 9:30am my wife was becoming frustrated by their presence and asked them to leave.

Well of course, agent Roy B. Stillman stated that their job was not done. It appeared they had what they wanted but they mysteriously kept going back to the bedroom were Shane kept most of his belongings. Nothing ever materialized, it was like they were justifying why they needed to stay longer. Each time they went to the room an agent would leave our home and go to their vehicles, then come back in! Finally agent Roy B. Stillman told me they had what they wanted but they needed to get an additional warrant specifying what they were taking. It took almost 4 hours for them to get the warrant. We have no idea what they were doing in our home, for all we know they planted illegal items into our home for future warrants. Now the search goes on for us what they did in our home! As we waited for the 2nd warrant, agent Roy B. Stillman asked me to review what he was taking. He showed me a plastic bag (it was approximately 12 x 20") and TOLD me what was in the bag and TOLD me to sign a document stating that I had witnessed the items they were taking. I asked if I could review what they were taking and make copies and agent Roy B. Stillman said no we don't have time for that. Now consider this they stayed an additional 4 hours waiting for the 2nd warrant! During this time several of them went to lunch in town taking off their vests and guns so they would remain onnominous, I guess that is a good thing considering many in town would be alarmed that they have staked out at the Buczek residence. When they finally got the second warrant it was 2:15pm, it was faxed to the Evans Police and picked up by agents who were at my property. During our wait agent Roy B. Stillman had me sign an additional form stating that I understood what he was taking. Again I asked if I could review what he was taking and again he told me no. time was of the essence or words to that effect. The 2nd warrant was as follows: 1. A hanging file folder labeled "Second Passport" and its contents (approximately 100 pages). 2. A "World Passport" containing Shane C. Buczek's pedigree information and related documents found with it. 3. Receipts and other documents related to the passport for which Shane C. Buczek applied on December 20, 2006, and copies of correspondence to the State Department inquiring about the status of the application. 4. A photocopy of Buczek's true passport, N0. 103233184. 5. Any envelops and file folders in which these items were found.

This was signed and issued by Judge Kenneth Schroeder, JR. During the course of the day a lady took pictures before and after of all items viewed and taken by the agents. Bizarre as it seems to us she took pictures of our furniture, walls, ceiling, had a diagram of very room with a list what was in every room. They went into our safe and listed all we had and took pictures of our walking Liberty coins plus our numismatic medallions. She had a list of all items taking photos in each room they searched. Why they did all this only reinforces my suspicions of our government and the people who run them! The Constitution was ignored in our home, specifically the 4th amendment: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. If you care to educate yourself on this particular protection we have go to "google" and type in the phrase: "4th amendment of the US" and learn of your supposed protection from illegal searches! All agents left at 2: 45 pm on March 6, 2008. What a day and can you believe all for a "PASSPORT" owned by my son Shane! To add injury to insult, the following day we learned that Detective Bradley DiMartino in the Town of Evans was telling leadership people in the district that the Buczek family was being investigated for money laundering and various other illegal activity! Wow this is very sad. Many in the area are alarmed by the attacks on the Buczek family and have offered to help in stopping these outlandish remarks! On Friday morning March 7th, 2008 four agents went to my son Caleb's home in California were Shane was staying. They arrested Shane and took him in to see the judge. The judge did not want to be involved with this case and asked Shane to go back to Buffalo on his own by March 14th to appear before the court and resolve this matter. More on this later. This is the frist draft of this unbelievable violation of rights and will be edited by us in the

ensuing days! It was a long day 8 hours and 45 minutes of having intruders in our home, so much to remember, so much to say, so much to put down on paper! Will the witch hunt continue? Our "APPEAL" before Hon Michael Pietruska is due for an answer March 18th, 2008. Shane goes to court today March 14th,2008 2pm in the Federal Building. He flew in from California $600 flight. November 17th, 2008. Ok here is the story in part January 12th, 2008 was another day in court, the fourth time we went to court on our Appeal since Since December 26th, 2005 (three years ago) we have gone to court 45 times on this matter! A judge, or arbiter of justice, is an official who presides over a court of law, which is operated by the local, state, and/or federal government(s). The powers, functions, method of appointment, discipline, and training of judges vary widely across different jurisdictions. The judge is like an umpire in a game and conducts the trial impartially and in an open court. The judge hears all the witnesses and any other evidence presented by the prosecution and the defense. If the accused is convicted, then the judge pronounces the sentence. Clearly he does not like our paper work. And he was practicing LAW from the bench, this is contrary to his office! The DA wanted the judge to revisit Shanes bail and have him put back in jail! Judge Hanna would not give in to this request but told us we must come in with our lawyers or Shane will go back to jail! Our next court date will be this Friday January 16th, 2008 and we will be represented (I think). To update everyone who seemingly is concerned with our experience, the District Attorneys office was once ruled by ADA Molly Musarra, who has been terminated as of January 1st, 2009 by the new DA Frank Sedita III. Why should we be concerned with her, she has orchestrated several investigations into our family suggesting that we were terrorists and caused much aggravation to the family over the past three years. Our paper work which several are called motions are very solid, but sad to say the system will not review them, this is Unconstitutional! We have rights in this country; but unfortunately they are being eroded by our ineptitude to stand up for our unalienable rights! Well here is the story Hello Everyone! As most of us know, we often get the truth & facts from the media but along with the information they give us, it is mixed with fabrications and distortions. Sad to say this is what we have on the Buczek family especially Shane! Much of our past experiences with the NWO can be read if you Google `Dan Buczek! I have attached the Buffalo News article on the FBI raid at our home yesterday Friday January 16th at approximately 6:52am. For the most part the agents were cordial. Initially when the agents came into our home approximately 19 of them (sixteen males and three females) some were very rude. One agent in particular pushed my daughter (age 27) over our couch and told her to sit down. But as I said most of the time when the agents were in our home they went about their business fulfilling their respective court ordered responsibilities. The agents were in our home for four hours. Searching every were for any items that our son may have purchased in the past several months. Presently he is in the Chautauqua County Holding Center awaiting his next court appearance. I am serious about defending our liberties but more importantly defending our God given unalienable rights! We experienced another 19 Federal agents coming to our home at 6:50am. Went to city court on January 27th, 2009 with Barry Covert. He was able to request a postponement until March 9th, 2009. We are still in a process We had the opportunity to meet with William Wagener (On Second Thought) Youtube, February 6th, 2009 Today is January26th and this is the 11th day Shane is in jail. Many may ask why? Very simply he pushed to many buttons in the political arena. Filed many motions and various other legal documents of which the prosecutor Anthony Bruce and Judge H. Kenneth Schroeder JR., did not appreciate! The courts are refusing to hear Shane as he defends himself on two matters, one case before Judge Craig Hannah which involves a rehearing on our appeal with the liberty dollar issue and the other before Magistrate H. Kenneth Schroeder Jr., regarding passport and violating the conditions of his bail. We are appealing to anyone who understands the LAW in directing us how we can file a motion for Assistance of Counsel. Greatly appreciate your wisdom and guidance immediately!

Pignataro NEWS STAFF REPORTER A Derby man who was accused three years ago of trying to use privately minted coins to buy beer at a Buffalo Sabres game is the suspect in a federal bank fraud case, U. S. Attorney Terrance P. Flynn said Friday. Shane C. Buczek, 38, was arrested Friday on a charge of violating the conditions of his bail from last March in another federal case allegedly lying on a passport application. In the latest case, Buczek is accused of opening an account at a Best Buy store in the Town of Hamburg and making several purchases including a 52- inch flat-screen television, washer and dryer then instructing HSBC Bank to obtain the funds to pay off $8,800 by debiting a non-existing account, according to an FBI agents affidavit. FBI and other federal agents raided Buczeks Derby Road home Friday and seized most of the items Buczek had purchased from Best Buy, authorities said. The investigation is continuing. Buczek, who is representing himself, appeared before U. S. Magistrate Judge H. Kenneth Schroeder Jr. on Friday and is in custody pending a psychiatric evaluation of his competency to stand trial. He was indicted last March 4 on three counts charging him with altering a passport application, making false statments on the application and using a false identification document while submitting the application through the Postal Service. That case has yet to go to trial. Buczek, who faces up to 10 years in prison and $250,000 in fines if he is convicted in that case, had been free on bail until Friday. Last summer, a judge overturned City Court jury convictions against

When I filed the four pages the Deputy-in-charge Jean Marie McCarthy was somewhat disconcerted by the filing. In her experience no one has ever filed a writ such as the one I brought to her. She informed me that generally a writ is filed civilly and I was filing the writ criminally. On a different matter concerning Shane & my retrial. This is the issue concerning the Liberty Dollar. He said he has not been able to sleep, they move him around continuously. When he was transferred from Youngstown, Ohio to Fort Devens, Massachusetts, they stopped at three different facilities before he got to the medical center on Thursday evening of February 19 th, 2009, finally arriving at Fort Devens on Thursday February 19th, 2009. Strange as it may seem we filed a Writ Of habeas Corpus, Tuesday February 17th and he was transferred Monday evening the 16th: do you think the powers to be were listening into our conversations??? We are planning to visit Shane next weekend. He can have visitors on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8:30am to 5pm. Please pray for him that God gives him strength and wisdom to deal with this. Shane told us he may be allowed to use a phone, so be mindful that all his calls are prepaid; often times the recording will suggest a fee to accept his call, that is not true! This facility has the ability to give inmates psychiatric evaluations and thus far Shane has had about 15 minute conversations with a Mr. Bonilla since he got there. We have yet to receive an answer to the Writ which was filed February 17th and today is February 24th! Received our 2nd call from Shane today at approximately 12:18pm, spoke to Shane for several minutes sharing with him it is most important to understand they can do most anything to him but they cant take away his mind! At this point of the conversation we were disconnected! What Shane shared with me is his itinerary when he was transported from the Northeast Ohio Correctional Center to Fort Devens in Massachusetts. 1.) Youngstown, Ohio 2-16-2009 went to Harrisburg, PA airport driving the evening hours 2.) Harrisburg, PA 2-17-2009 picked up prisoners in shackles went to 3.) Philadelphia, PA 2-17-2009 arrived at 6:30am one night stay went to 4.) Brooklyn, NY 2-18-2009 arrived at 11:30am, stayed in a holding tank until 8:30pm one night stay then went to 5.) Rhode Island 2-19-2009 picked up prisoners (1 hour stay) went to 6.) Fort Devens 2-19-2009 arrival This transfer took four days and three evenings to what should have been a 10 hour drive to go 715 miles according to MapQuest! Now tell me the powers to be are not playing with Shanes

mind! And to add injury to insult he did not bath all that time! Obviously these people do not understand the consequences of The Golden Rule found in the Basic Instruction Before Leaving Earth called the BIBLE! You can read in the book of Matthew chapter 7 the words therein, focus on verse 12, you will readily see these are words ordained by GOD! Many of you may not understand this but it would be in your best interest that you start to read and learn, because what is to come is not going to be to your liking! He always wants us to call his circle of friends whom he believes can get him out of this mess! Sad to say it is not happening. And I must add to ALL of you with the legal knowledge you have and are dispensing: No Good Deed Goes Unpunished! As we all know all the actions we take daily, most of us want good results and it is not happening for Shane! On Thursday February 26th, 2009 at approximately 1:30pm Shane took a Psych exam at the Ft. Devens facility. He told me that it consisted of 600 questions and it took him 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete the exam. My immediate reply to him, that it was impossible to have completed 600 questions in 105 minutes, which would mean he answered every question in 10.5 seconds! I believe they tricked him into thinking he took an exam that consisted of 600 questions! Probably a ploy utilized to have one confused and discredit one on what actually happened! March 9th, 2009 : Another great day in the judicial system and I am losing count, it may be 44th time I have been in court for this petty issue! Today I went to court at 9:30am and Craig Hannah the presiding judge made another major blunder in decisions for the state of NY, he forced me to hire a lawyer. He gave me until 2pm that day to come back with a lawyer and as chance has it I did not come back with a lawyer. Actually he denied me representing ,myself and had me hand cuffed for ten minutes suggesting that I be incarcerated with a $20,000 bail intimidating me, forcing me to be represented by counsel! No doubt he is clueless how the legal system is to work. This has nothing to do with color as I have been in front of a dog catcher, a cc rider, a harlot, and now a wanna be judge who does not understand why this country is here! It is all about adhering to the law THE RULE OF LAW and these judges do not have a clue what that means. Each and everyone of them have been appointed to their position, WHY?, because they will do as they are told to by the DAs office which get their marching orders from the powers who seemingly think they control the money! March 9th, 2009 The following is my experience in court with judge Craig Hannah, concerning our retrial within the incident that began December 26 th, 2005. Yes this is still going on almost 3 and half years later! Went to court this morning and when I went before

judge Craig Hannah he asked where is your lawyer. Hannah stated that told you for the past several months to obtain a lawyer. He told me that I was not capable of answering for myself in this case! Insisting that I obtain a lawyer, continuously reiterating this and in his opinion I could not represent myself, the DAs office would take advantage of my lack of knowledge of the law! Craig Hannah stated that I was refusing to follow his orders for the past three months, not having an attorney today he liken that to contempt of court and that he would have to put me in jail! The fact is on January 20th, my last court appearance I went with Barry Covert (a lawyer) who told the judge I was going to retain him. Unfortunately that did not happen. The judge Craig Hannah was infuriated and told me against his better judgment he would give me until two oclock this afternoon , back in his court room with an attorney or he may have to place me under arrest! He gave me very little opportunity to speak continuously threatening me. I left the court room at 10:30am and immediately called several lawyers. Within the next hour I was in Mario Giacobbes office (a lawyer that knew all the players) and we hired him. Mario was planning to meet us at 3:30pm at city court that day. We left his office and went about our business and went back to court at approximately 2:15pm, enroute we learned that the attorney Mario Giacobbe would not be able to represent us. Why? He learned that the DAs office wanted to follow through on the retrial with a jury and Mario did not want to challenge another jury trial in city court. When we arrived back in the court room at 2:30pm, a lawyer from Paul Cambrias office came to us and asked if we wanted to hire his office. He stated as we were considering Barry Covert we may want to hire him now as it was very imminent. This judge was about to but me in jail for not following his orders! I was called up in front of the judge Craig Hannah at 2:50pm and he asked where is your lawyer? I gave him the story and he said I am sorry to hear that and had the bailiff handcuff me and they were going to escort me to jail. The judge told me that I would need $20,000 bail and I was handcuffed. He then asked Debbie to come up and he spoke to her off the record. Clearly he wanted to hear what Debbie had to say about the confusion here with me not having a lawyer! He told her he more than patient with me and he was going to put me in jail. After about ten minutes of dialogue with Debbie, Hannah had me come back to him as I was handcuffed and told me to go out and get a lawyer and have him call him today! Well Hannah released me on my own RO and I went to Cantwells office and hired him. Next hearing will be March 24th! Affidavit of false arrest By ANTHONY BRUCE with no Order, warrant and Jurisdiction! On August 14th, 2009 at around 10:24am four U.S. Marshals arrived at my parents home showed, actually the states owns the house that is why we pay property TAX. So Im just stuck here until the case is over. They proceeded to arrest me and took me into custody. There was no valid Warrant. The U.S. Marshals only had a piece of paper signed by the Clerk of Court by

the name of Michael Roemer and the U.S. Marshals claimed an alleged Warrant was issued by a Judge named Richard Acara, but there was no such Warrant. So it was a bogus Warrant. I was taken into custody and I was sent immediately to the courthouse at 68 Court Street Buffalo New York. I was held waiting to see magistrate Scott. I was finally taken in to see magistrate Scott at 12:00pm in the afternoon. I told him on the Record, I do not consent to be recognized by the name. And magistrate Scott proceeded to read the violation into the Record. I do have a copy of that violation. The violation basically said that I was a commercial and financial threat to the U.S. Attorneys office and that I had allegedly violated conditions because I sent a letter to the IRS. At approximately 12:15pm in the afternoon, I talked out of a small van where they sent me to Allegheny County Jail which is two and a half hours away from Buffalo close to the Pennsylvania state border line. So it was a very long drive. I got there around 2:30pm in the afternoon. At which time I proceeded to call my mom and dad and my sister Amanda and I told her that I would try and call back sometime in the evening any time after 6:30pm on Friday night of August 14th, 2009. I had explained to Amanda that they arrested me because I allegedly violated the conditions because I sent the letter to the IRS, which they claimed was a violation of conditions even though I had permission from the Clerk of Courts and a from the Clerk for Magistrate Schroeder, permission was granted about a month prior.

I finally get to my cell at around 6:00pm in the evening and they placed me in Lock -Up. From the day beginning with Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday I was locked down twenty-three and a half hours per day.

On August 15th, 2009 they served us breakfast at 7:00am in the morning. After having an awful, awful, awful sleep on a hard metal bed I had eggs, a piece of milk, a piece of apple and that was it. I was able to read some literature they had outside of the gates and I went back into the cell and then we had lunch at approximately 11:00am which was pasta, bread and milk. And at the time I was in my cell where they fed me through a hole in the cell door.

At approximately 1:30pm in the afternoon Saturday I finally toke my first shower and I borrowed a little Bible from a bookshelf that we were allowed to take back to the cell after the

shower, because I was in lock-down the whole time. Dinner was awful in fact it was so awful I dont remember what we had. On August 16th, 2009 we had breakfast again at 7:00am and we had cereal and one egg. At lunch time at around 11:30am we had a peanut-butte jelly sandwich and milk and I took a shower at 2:00pm in the afternoon, because you are only allowed to take showers after 10:30am and there is a list that you have to sign up for. I called my mom to let her know I was ok. I talked with my mom for about 10 minutes and told her I was ok and that I would try to call them tomorrow which would have been Monday. Mom said, Ok, try and hang in there and told her, Im trying my best. They would allow me one phone call a day for 10 minutes. I proceeded to read the Bible which I had borrowed yesterday, and I basically read the Psalms. On August 17th, 2009 on Monday I was taken to court at around 7:15am in the morning. I was taken in front of judge Schroeder at 10:30am and the hearing went from 10:30am to 11:20am. It was about a one-hour hearing. The hearing appeared to go very well. Judge Schroeder said he needed more time to review things. I told him I had sent a letter to the IRS and judge Schroeder said, I understand you did call my Clerks office for permission? The hearing went very well and judge Schroeder said, I want you to come back on Thursday to talk about a Bail Hearing. So after the hearing they took me back to Allegheny County and I got back around 2:30pm in the afternoon. So now Im there Monday night. On Tuesday August 18th, 2009 morning breakfast was apple juice, milk and grits. For lunch, actually it wasnt a bad lunch, I had a chicken sandwich with some kind of French -fries they made there. For dinner at around 5:00pm we had cucumbers, beef and beans and some kind of generic juice drink. And then later on that evening they finally classified me and placed me into the general population that Tuesday night. So finally after being locked-down in isolation from the general population from Friday through Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday almost five days for twenty and a half hours each day under lock-down and isolation. This was cruel and unusual punishment. So at around 9:30pm Tuesday night they sent me into the general population in a little Pod with no windows to gaze out of. I had my own cell and we locked-in every night around 11:00pm at night. August 19th, 2009 which was a Wednesday I got the usual dishes, breakfast in the morning at 7:00am and then at 11:00am we had lunch and then dinner at 5:00pm, the usual food. The food was fairly consistent.

They proceed with the court Bail-Hearing on Thursday August 20th, 2009 at 2:00pm and that is when my Public Defender Brian Comerford from the Public Defenders office in Buffalo came into the act. Brian went ahead and did the hearing. Basically the judge did all the talking most of the time. Brian proceeded to tell the judge that I had permission from Jean Marie McCarthy, the Clerk of July 24th, 2009, and she said she would send an email to the judge to see if it was ok to mail this document to the IRS? On July 27 th, 2009 I had spoken with secretary for judge Schroeder and she had said it was fine to go ahead and mail the letter to the IRS. The judge was very upset at the Tony or Anthony Bruce office for having proceeded to lock me up on such a ridiculous non violation. And the judge even went so far as to allege that the U.S. Attorneys actions were malicious prosecution bordering on personal vendetta. At the conclusion portion of the hearing the judge stated, After Mr. Buczeks statements on Monday and from what I have heard today I am going to release Mr. Buczek back to his original conditions. The U.S. Marshals brought me some clothes, which consisted of a white pair of sneakers, a pair of jeans and a white shirt. I called the family office and I had my Brother Calebs girlfriend, Ashley, pick me up. When she arrived at the courthouse at 3:30pm in the afternoon and the nightmare was over. And thats what happened to me in a land that is supposed to be for the free and a home for the brave. but the nightmare continues. It was brutal rough seven days. They have been trying to break me emotionally and psychologically. It all amounted to deprivation of my private rights to exhaust any of my private administrative remedies. I dont even know how I am still alive right now? Its been torture and a lot of stress. Ive been under a tremendous amount of stress and duress since this all happened to me.

What ever happened to the Fourth Amendment Rights that are supposed to be protected by our public servants? The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation , and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
