SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA In accordance to Spanish Legislative Decree no. 15/1999 of 13th of December, we inform you that the personal data held by the Br Water My Friend (BWMF) are collected by the managers delegated and are treated according to the law. 2. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING Personal data are processed by BWMF and are used to: a) Organization, promotion and development of Sport Activities; b) Compliance of law obligation, sports regulations, community legislation, as well as the Authoritys orders legitimated by law; c) Sport promotion; d) Compliance of accounting, taxation, insurance required by law or internal regulations; e) Treatment is aimed at photographic and pictures publication to reveal the identity of applicant on Associations web sites/blog (http://www.bewaterpolomyfriend.blogspot.com.es/) or in any kind of publications made by Be Water My Friend, only to promote activities of the association. f) Events organization involving the BWMF and therefore also sponsorship purposes; 3. DATA PROCESSING MODES According with the indicated purposes, the data processing take place by manual, electronic and technology instruments, however, able to ensure the security and privacy of themselves. 4. SUBJECTS TO WHOM THE DATA MAY BE TRANSMITTED Spanish, French and Andorran Olympic Committee; Spanish, French and Andorran Sports Federations and sports promotion bodies; Entities, companies or individuals who maintain relationships with BWMF for work organization, management, advertising or sponsorship of events, tournaments and sporting events; Organization or companies performing activities such as insurance companies affiliated with BWMF or health companies towards BWMF or related to the insurance companies above; Entities engaged in processing data on behalf of BWMF; Persons performing bookkeeping and consequent compliance on behalf of BWMF. 5. DENIAL OF CONSENT The conferment of personal data is required for processing purposes described in this statement, limited to a)b)c)d)f) points, 2 which are necessary for the performance of BWMFs Duty. Any refusal to supply data can lead the failure to participate in BWMFs sports activities. The conferment of data for purpose described in paragraph e) of art.2 is optional. In this case the treatment of data will take place only with the applicant explicit consent, connected with all or just single initiatives provided by BWMF. 6. According to Art. 15th and 16th SPANISH LEG. DECREE 15/1999 The article in the epigraph gives citizens the exercise of certain rights, useful for privacy protection. Applicants may obtain confirmation of the existence or nonexistence of data concerning himself, even if they havent been recorded yet, and their communication in an intelligible form. The applicant has right to obtain the indication of personal data origin, the methods and aim of treatment, the logic applied by electronic means, the identification details of owner, nominated manager, subjects or categories to whom personal data may be transmitted or can acquire acknowledge in territory of state.

The applicant has rights to obtain the updating, rectification or, when he is interested, the data integration, deletion, the transformation in anonymous form or blocking the processing data against the law, including those not required to be held, the statement that the above transaction have been made know as regards their contests, to those whom data were communicated or disseminated, except where this requirements appear impossible or requires a disproportionate use of resources to the protect right. Applicant has right to oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the personal data processing, pertinent to the purpose, in order to send advertisement materials or direct sale or for the fulfillment of market research or commercial communication. 7. CONSENT TO DATA TREATMENT The undersigned, having read the information on the personal data processing above, consent to your own / your son / daughter data processing in the manner and for the purposes indicated, and anyway for all those activities strictly related to the relationship management with BWMF. AUTHORIZATION TO USE IMAGE Hereby the undersigned are consenting to the use and publication, in any form, of the images related to activities of their son/daughter's or on the athlete onto they exercise parental authority, during the initiatives promoted by Be Water My Friend and / or The Andorran, French or Spanish Federations that picture the participating team / individual athletes. This consent is granted providing that the publications have not earning purposes. It is also prohibited the use of pictures in situations that could compromise dignity personal and decorum of BWMF Association or the individual participant. The installation and use of the images are considered to be made totally free of charge.
