Organization Structure
The organization of the Royal Signals Regiment as follows 1 Field Signals Regiment HQ 4 Signals Regiments (1 Regiment for each Division) 11 Signals Squadrons (1 Squadron for each Brigade) 3 Independent Signals Regiments (Division level) 2 Independent Signals Regiments (Army level) 1 Signals Base Workshop 1 Signals Squadron, Paras 1 Signals Squadron, Special Forces Group 3 Territorial Army Signals Squadrons 4 Territorial Army Telecom Specialist Squadrons Each squadron of the Royal Signals Regiment is commanded by a Major and consists of a HQ element, a Radio Troop, a Brigade Signal Troop and a Technical Troop. All troops are commanded by a Captain except for Technical Troop is commanded by a Lieutenant. Each Division's Regiment would have a Transmission Station while each Brigade's Squadron would have a Communication Center.
