First Therapy Session:

Lucy Anne Brooks

Miss Brooks asked several questions like why Im here, What for, over and over again. All I replied was that she was terribly sick and was diagnosed with MPD, which she is here for help. I asked her why did you attempt murder? Miss Brooks replied I didnt. Id never murder someone, even if they hurt me. I found him and call the police, if I called the police why would you think I did it? At this moment I knew she was unhappy and that it could set off a personality, but Miss Brooks kept calm as I asked her a few more questions. I asked her about her past, she seemed to only remember very little and was memories of her fathers abuse against her. We ended her first therapy session well and have put Miss Brooks on medication. I informed her that Id be seeing her for another therapy session in a week or if anything happens in the meantime.

Second Therapy Session:

Lucy Anne Brooks

Miss Brooks had recently refused to take her medication. The doctors had to force the medication to be taken. Due to such stress she is claiming she isnt herself. Miss Brooks was running around my office saying Its Halloween, its Halloween! Can I go trick or treating? Look at my scary costume! As Im recording this therapy session I believe the stress that was caused today had set of a childhood memory mixed with other emotions. Miss Brooks first discovered personality seems to be a six year old girl. She claimed that her name was Kylie and she has no clue who Miss Brooks is. I will be seeing Miss Brooks throughout the rest of the year.

Progress Report:

Lucy Anne Brooks

Throughout the months Miss Brooks has showed no progress and Im suggesting more therapy sessions. So far Miss Brooks has shown three different personalities; Kylie, six years old likes ponies. Joshua, 18 seems to be suspicious. Jill, 15 and seems to have addictions for drugs. Miss Brooks still refuses to take medication and unswallowed pills have been found in her pillow case.

Twenty-fourth Therapy Session:

Lucy Anne Brooks

Today Miss Brooks is not herself; she seems to be Joshua today. Earlier she threatened to choke another patient to death and was caught in the bathroom ripping her hair out. Miss Brooks (Joshua) had told me today she will not continue with the therapy and medication or she will kill a doctor or herself. She also asked me, wheres my birthday party? Its my birthday today. It was very odd behaviour. Miss Brooks was locked up in her room for the rest of the day in strait jacket until the next day.

Miss Brooks is feeling better and is taking her medication and has limited personality attacks. She told me today that she doesnt like having the disorder, the other patients are bullying her and the doctors stare at her all the time. She asked about the other personalities and how they acted, she wanted to get to know the other her and what she was dealing with. Im glad that she is showing good progress.

Thirty-fifth Therapy Session:

Lucy Anne Brooks

Today Miss Brooks has been in a great deal of stress due to whats going to happen on the day she finally allowed to have visitors for a late 18th birthday party. This stress has set off a personality (Jill). She sat in my office talking about the great times she had when she was smoking, then got up and looked out the window and asked if we could paint the walls with flowers and rainbows.

Thirty-sixth Therapy Session: Miss Brooks has seemed to somehow self-harm herself and Im very sure that due to the stress of the casual medication. It also has brought out her other personality the very violent Joshua. I am putting her down for daily therapy sessions. Today she said, I said I didnt want to have therapy sessions, and then got very violent towards me. Miss Brooks was strait jacketed and put in her room. She will be in the strait jacket for her therapy session tomorrow.

Thirty-seventh Therapy Session: Miss very also have will Brooks is herself and doesnt remember what happened. She said she was scared to wake up in a strait jacket again and her arms sore. Miss Brooks asked about why her therapy session was in her room and how long will she to have the therapy sessions in her room. I have a feeling her condition not get any better but worse.

Four Hundred and Thirtieth Therapy Session: Miss Brooks childlike personality (Kylie) had greeted me at this therapy session today. As one of the nurses warns me that she wouldnt take the medication today that she might not be herself. As today she is Kylie I asked her what was her child life like so far, unfortunately, it was dark and horrible. I filed her drawings that she did today, they are very hard to describe what they are but it looks like someone murdering someone else. She also said to me death is near.
