Questions to ask Adam regarding the site and areas.

What will be the density? is there any density as per local codes and bylaws Are there any reservation for public facilities/buildings/parks etc within the project site as per the future development plan/code? Is there any Height restriction? Is there any Land use restriction? Will, the army residential area within the 29 Ha site be a gated community? Or will it be and open development ? what will be the proposed land use for the balance 21 Ha site?out of the 50 Ha
