The salary grade for the Operator is at SG11 The base salary shall be in the range of QR.

On top of the base salary, employees will be paid: QR. 1,300 monthly transportation allowance, QR. 60 per working day at the plant site as site allowance (60 x 16 estimated working days in a calendar month = QR. 960) Shift allowance (only paid while on rotational shifts QR. 24/shift x 16 shift days/nights = QR. 384 Therefore, in total, the take home monthly pay will be between QR. 8,346 9,738 (between US$ 2,289 2,677), tax free in Qatar. The offer will be on Single or Married status optional with all the benefits as follows: Housing Accommodation provided by RasGas either Single or Married type depending on the employees marital status at the time of recruitment. Accommodation provided will be semi-furnished with Kitchen equipment (Cooking range, washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher), curtains and air-conditioning units provided by the Company at no cost to the employee. Initially the Housing provided will be in Doha (commercial capital of Qatar), with eventual transfer to the Al-Khor Community. Our plant site is located at the Ras Laffan Industrial City (87Kms north from Doha and 30 Kms north from the Al-Khor Community). For new recruits, company provides transit accommodation (1 weeks in a hotel covering room, 3 meals and reasonable laundry, and thereafter 3-4 weeks in a furnished guest house until the employee is ready to move into the permanent housing accommodation stated above. Furniture Grant Only paid if the housing provided in SEMI-FURNISHED, one time payment during the term of the employment, equivalent to Qatari Riyals 16,500 for Single status and 27,000 for Married status (amount paid for the employee to provide soft furniture in his housing accommodation provided by the company). If an employee on Single status gets married anytime during the term of his employment with RasGas, his contract status will be changed to Married and the difference in Furniture Grant (10,500 Qatari Riyals) will be paid to the employee upon employees family join him in Qatar on permanent residency status. The value of the amount shall depreciate over the period of 4 years from the date of payment at 40% for the 1 st year, 20% each for 2 nd, 3rd and 4th year. If employment is discontinued either by employee or the Company, the un-depreciated value of the Furniture Grant will be recovered from the final settlement. Transportation to and from work company provides air conditioned bus normal pick-up point will be very close to the living accommodation in Doha or in the Al-Khor Community. In addition, the employee receives a transportation allowance of QR. 1,300 monthly. Interest Free Car loan once employee is qualified with a Qatari Driving Licence, employee can opt for an Interest Free Car loan from the

Company. The Loan amount shall be equivalent to 5 months BASIC salary or Qatari Riyals 30,000 (whichever is greater). The Loan amount will be recovered from the employee over the period of 48 monthly equal installments deducted from the monthly salary. Work schedule: Employees at the production line are working on 12 hour shifts (2 days & 2 nights) and get 4 days off. While on rotational shifts (day and night as stated), employee get a Shift Allowance of Qatari Riyals 24/Shift x 16 shifts per month approximately = Qatari Riyals 384 monthly. Shift Allowance will only be paid while on rotational shift duty. Location Allowance: Employees working on the Ras Laffan Plant site get a daily allowance of Qatari Riyals 60 per day or night at the plant site x 16 shifts per month approximately Qatari Riyals 960 monthly. Catering Facility at the Plant site: Provided by the Company heavily subsidized meal at the plant site: Only QR. 4 for a full course meal (buffet) Annual Vacation: Fully paid annual leave equivalent to 16 shift days = 32 calendar days in a calendar year from January through December. Annual Leave ticket allowance: Paid once per calendar year for employee, spouse and up to 4 dependent children resident in Qatar (on Married status). For Single status, only employee gets paid 1 ticket every 6 months. The payment shall be equivalent to the round trip fare from Doha to the airport nearest to the employees domicile and paid at 96% of the IATA Fare (an amount substantially higher than the actual economy class ticket fare a cost saving factor) National Holidays Company recognizes 9 public holidays in a calendar year. Employee working on these holidays will be eligible to receive overtime payment for all hours worked. Compassionate Leave granted in the event of an Emergency or death in the employees immediate family (Father, mother, spouse, children, unmarried brothers and sisters) 3 calendar days in Qatar or 7 Calendar days outside Qatar. Sick Leave 14 calendar days up to 1 year in service, and 21 calendar days for 1+ years in service Company medical certificate is required. Life and personal accident insurance Company cover only employee while in service. Medical and Dental benefits for employee, spouse and for up to 4 dependent children resident in Qatar. Full Medical coverage and only partial dental cover (for general dental treatment) Company has established medical facilities in Doha, Al-Khor Community and also at the Ras Laffan Plant site.

Health Club Membership for Doha resident only at any Public Recreational facility up to 75% of the Annual membership fee to a maximum Qatari Riyals 5,000 for Single status employee and Qatari Riyals 7,500 for employee Educational Assistance for dependent children Company cover for school education for Children resident in Qatar for Doha schools from KG2 through school grade 12, pays for school Admission and Tuition Fee only. Company provides International School facility in the Al-Khor community for children resident in the Community. Annual Corporate performance Bonus an average one month basic salary paid to all employees of RasGas strictly on the discretion of the Management. Annual Individual Performance Bonus Strictly based on individual performance of the employee an average 1 to 3 months basic salary strictly on the discretion of the Management Annual Merit Increase Employee, strictly based on individual performance, is eligible to receive a merit increase in the basic salary only at an average 3-5% of the basic salary. End of Service Benefit to be eligible, employee must complete minimum 3 years in service. The payment shall be: 1-5 years in service: 1 month basic salary for each year of service completed 6-10 years in service: 1.5 months basic salary for each year of service completed 10+ years in service: 2 months basic salary for each year of service completed. Mobilization to Qatar : Company provide airline ticket for employee, and for spouse and children (upto 4 dependent children) when family mobilize to Qatar on permanent resident visa. Ticket provided will be from the airport nearest to the employees domicile to Doha Demobilization to the point of origin: Company provide airline ticket to employee, and his eligible family members resident in Qatar (Spouse and up to 4 dependent children) Ticket provided will be from Doha to the airport nearest to the employees domicile.
