APPLE VALLEY TUESDAY NIGHT FISHING LEAGUE

All boaters must have current Apple Valley decal and be in good standing with AVPOA. (Valid card must be shown at least once) th th th Tournaments start April 30 and finish August 27 . Championship will be held Sunday September 29 . ($60 Entry) Must fish 12 of 18 to be eligible for fall Championship. NO fishing the day of the tournament. First two tournaments will be 6:30 to 9PM. The remainder will be 6:30 to 9:30PM. Team tournament format. (You may fish by yourself) Fish Limit: 5 Largemouth, Smallmouth and Spotted bass only. 12 minimum length with mouth closed. o If you bring a short fish to the scale, you will lose that fish and the largest fish in your bag. All fish must be culled before 9:30PM. (9PM first two tournaments) st There will be a 1# penalty for 1 dead fish and an 2# penalty for each additional fish. Only 1 rod per angler may be used at one time. (No overboard rod unattended) No live bait, No Trolling or Strolling. No running after official sunset: o Any ticket or written warning will result in nightly disqualification. o If more than two competitors see you on plane after official no wake you will be disqualified. Front ramp will be used all season: o Boats MUST BE within buoys at Sutton beach by official end time. Teams fishing beyond the official end time will be disqualified. Total weight will be kept and recorded for all 18 tournaments. The winners of points / Anglers of the year get free entry fees the nd following year but must run the tournaments to be eligible for free entry. If unwilling to run tournaments fee entry goes to 2 place but must run the tournaments and so on Cost of each tournament is $20.00 with $5.00 going to Big Bass pot. Payout is 100% payback (See below) Big Bass pot is NOT optional and will be paid out every night to the biggest bass of the evening. Only 1 fish per team may be weighed for Big Bass. First fish weighed is FINAL! MUST BE PAID BY 6:15PM Competitors paying with $5.00 bills will be permitted to double draw for boat position. st nd nd rd rd TIES: 1 and 2 place money will be added and split. Same for 2 and 3 and ties for 3 will be decided by coin flip. There WILL BE random live well checks before blast off.
