From the applications received, candidates will be shortlisted for interview stage based on their CWE scores and no. of vacancies.From 2013 onwards, common interviews for banking jobs are to be introduced. It shall be conducted for 100 or 50 marks & the minimum marks to qualify for final selection shall be 40-50%. But for you to compete with others, securing the max. score is important, which can be attained by proper preparations.

Know yourself Now comes the real part, where you need to talk more.What could you be questioned on? What are your strengths & weaknesses? What is your biggest achievement? How can you be useful to our bank? Answering these can get tough if you have not though about this in advance. Responses like My biggest strength is working hard & Short temper is my weakness will only send wrong signals to the interviewing panel.Don't sound too vague or object of ridicule. --- 300 vacancies have been declared by the different banks with less cut-off when compare with PNB --- Now PNB has given 11 vacancies (SC) with a cut-off 171 marks to ANDHRA PRADESH --- in IBPS only 120 candidates have got 171 & above marks in SC category from AP --- what is the use of giving 171 cut-off since already some banks recruited below that score --- Here i have taken little example same may be happened in other categories and other states -- My humble request is banks have to think before giving cut-off and please provide opportunity to less scorers

boss kiran nice analysis. What we can do? PNB is a good bank they want good candidates so they are inviting them. if they are selected for an other banks if the want job in PNB the will quit that and come to PNB. this is the strategy they are applying. here we are bakara's waiting for years and years to get govt bank job? previously total recruitment process was finished in a year now it is taking 2 years. IBPS introduced to reduce recruitment time so the didn't reach their target so stop IIBPS and recruit with old individual selection...............

Dear Sir/MadamI am a IBPS cleared candidate. I want to aware about the present situation of the selection process of PO aspirants. Those who got more than 160 getting chance from every banks where they have applied. They got selected in multiple Banks there has many candidates who got selected in UBI CORPORATION and Syndicate and in other banks. Overlapping is going on. Almost all banks have finished there recruitment process if u go thru the actual pic then you will find that only 6000 to 7000 candidates are there rotating in every banks. those who got below 160 dont get even a single chance for interview. I want to ask u that in How many Banks they will have join????????? As usual Banks vacancy will remain unfilled every time though ther has plenty of candidates waiting for interview and for job. PLZ sir do take necessary steps to stop these overllaping. Because 200 crore may be a few for the Banks but 3000 amount is more woefull for the candidates plz plz plz sir time is running out as the validity period of the IBPS scorecard is limited plz reply me sir. I have sent the mail to various department IBA IBPS but till now a single reply i dint get and i know this time also i will not get it but then also i am sending the same for the sake of justice. Do something give chance to other candidates also i have also do send the mail to Andhra Bank the last hope for us. Every bank is shouting that the are having shortage of manpower they are shouting like anything . If it is the scenario then why they implement this kind of immoral and fruitless recruitment process. same situation with ibps clerical process..candidates are suffering form multiple selection and every bank wants candidates with highest marks.read pnb advertisement..last year they took their individual exam and recently they released 5th waiting list..i think for this recruitment they have to prepare 10 wait lists...

there is a rumour that why ibps delaying PO-II results because of two reasons so that, 1. want to give maximum chance to PO-1 candidates 2. because there is no PO vacancy in near six months for po, so just after declaring the result candidates starts asking for new recruitments,,, so it is much better they found to delay result as long as they can...!!

There is no rule that these questions only sud be asked to every1 but if you prepare for these questions, answering others wont be a problem as 90% of times, atleast 2-3 questions from the above wud be askd. Either u wud hv been top scorer in ur category or no. of vacancies for ur state wud hv been high.

Dear BEI, pls help, I have interview at IDBI, so far i worked in some small IT companies, now i am around 30 yrs, shall i show the experience of such companies, as complete documents are not available for every company, moreover i took gap sometime due to "this" and "that " reason, so gap may create problem to show consistency in me, would it not be negative if i say i was not working till this age after completing MBA.

If u dont reveal ur experience, surely ull be questioned.If u dont hv docs for all companies & just absconded without giving proper resignation, then u cant say that in interview.So what ever be 'this' & 'that' reason, tell them frankly to the panel. If u dont want to say, then better prepare a compelling answer for the question 'What were u doing for so many years after completing MBA'

BEI can you provide rough idea that how many more than 163 score are still waiting for their placement as they had got many chances till the date for interview so that first time interviewer can have idea that how many of them will be there in IDBI interview and what are real chances for themThe reason for this question is only that: many time in this discussion forum we read that banks did choose those with high scorer....Kindly do some calculation and let us know, it will be truly helpful for us

There is no official data released by banks on how many candidates joined them.Without knowing abt it, there is no possibility to calculate how many ppl have joined or not.
