CHAPTER I INTRODUCTION A. Background In todays highly advanced technology and knowledge very real world of work requires a skilled worker in the field. Vocational high school graduated are expected to be a worker that is ready to use in the world of work. To improve the skills of the vocational secondary schools students, particularly at secondary school vocational 6 Surakarta should cooperate with the industrial world, one of them is PT. JAMSOSTEK (Persero) to perform field work practices that aim to train student skills in applying his theory of vocational. Activities undertaken in the practice of field work include preparing new form become jamsostek member, entry data, making jamsostek member card and managing bank transfer receipt. Among the activities mentioned above, the writer want to give information of On Job Training (OJT) with the title MANAGING BANK TRANSFER RECEIPT IN PT. JAMSOSTEK (Persero).

B. Objectives The objectives of On Job Training in industrial world is as follow : 1. To introduce the writer about the business world. 2. To apply the accounting theory in real activity in industrial and business world. 3. To enlarge the writer knowledge. 4. To increase the experience in business world 5. To prepare the writer so that to be ready to work after passing the final examination.

CHAPTER II PRODUCTION PROCESS A. Setting The writer did On Job Training (OJT) during two months since January 3rd ,2012 until February 29 th , 2012. The writer held On Job Training (OJT) in PT. JAMSOSTEK (Persero), Jl. Bhayangkara No 42 Surakarta, phone/faximile (0271) 736 637, 736 330 / (0271) 716 261. The writer did the Job Training from 08.00 am until 17.00 pm.

B. Materials and Equipment The materials to do on job training in PT. JAMSOSTEK were : 1. Bank transfer receipt form 2. Data of participant 3. Data of periodic compensation fund The equipments to do on job training in PT. JAMSOSTEK were : 1. Computer 2. Printer 3. Stationery 4. Paperclip

C. Theoritical Review Bank is a financial intermediary generally established with the authority to receive deposits of money, lending money, and issue promissory notes, known as the Banknote. (Wikipedia) Transfer is a bank service activity to move a certain amount of funds in accordance with the order giver mandate intended to benefit a person who is appointed as receiver transfer. (Shadowimmortality) Receipt is the written evidence received by the customer on a transaction or delivery amount of money either in cash or by other means. (Mediabpr)

E. Motion of Work 1. Data customer is data used to make the bank transfer receipt, the datagiven to the fiannce for processing. 2. Finance receive the data customer, the proces to complete the requirements. 3. After that, finance make bank transfer receipt that suitable with the procedure. 4. The bank transfer receipt are recorded in Microsoft Excel to avoid mistakes in the process of archiving.

5. After the process of recording is completed, then the data is printed. 6. Finally, the data printed is archived. 7. Then, the bank transfer receipt given to Bank to transfer money to the account of the customer. 8. Customer receives amount of money in their account.

F. Result The result of managing bank transfer receipt is a data that can be used to calculate the amount of sepnding money in a company. And can also be used to calculate the cashflow and the profit / loss.

CHAPTER III FINDING A. Feseability 1. Proponent Factors a. The writer get guidance from teachers and mentors in the industrial world, so the writer can easily do the job. b. The facilities provided by the industrial world very appropriate so the writer really enjoy her job. c. Good cooperation between the school and industrial world. d. Well preparation from school, industrial world and the writer so the implementation of job training goes well. e. The friendly employee so the writer feel comfort when do her job. 2. Inhibiting Factors a. Sometimes, the writer gets job very much, so the writer confused how to handle it and how to finish it on time. b. The writers home is far from industrial world, so the writer sometimes feel lazy to go to the industrial world.

B. Benefits The benefits of Job Training were : 1. Knowing the way of work in company aspecially PT.JAMSOSTEK 2. Applying accounting theory in the world of work 3. Getting new knowledge in the world of work

C. Improvements

CHAPTER IV CLOSING A. Conclusion The conclusion of Job Training and the competency test report were : 1. There are job in the industrial world that is not learned at school. 2. There are job that was not as complicated as the theory learned at school. 3. The competency test could increase the feeling in believing in the her self. 4. The competency test could increase knowledge about technique in the company services. 5. The competency test could increase the capabilities of speaking and writing in English.

B. Suggestions 1. For school a. The teacher must monitor the writer not only one. 2. For industry a. Develop the service, so the customer would be satisfied. 3. For students a. The students must keep good attitude. b. The students must keep silent along working. c. The students must asking a question to the employee before do the working, in order that no any mistake.
