LOOKOUT THE LOOKOUT SHALL BE ALWAYS POSTED ON THE BRIDGE WING UNDER FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 1. FROM SUNSET TO SUNRISE. 2. WHEN THE VISIBILITY IS REDUCED. 3. WHEN THERE IS HEAVY TRAFFIC. 4. IN COASTAL NAVIGATION. REDUCING SPEED THE OFFICERS OF THE WATCH SHALL REDUCE SPEED WHEN: 1. THE VISIBILITY IS LESS THEN 4 MILES. 2. THE TRAFFIC SITUATION MAKES IT NECESSARY.

ON THE BREAKDOWN OF THE ENGINES, STEERING GEARS OR ANY OTHER ESSENTIAL NAVIGATIONAL EQUIPMENT. IN ANY DOUBT ABOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY WEATHER DAMAGE. ANY OTHER SITUATION ABOUT WHICH YOU ARE IN DOUBT.

CHARTS AND PUBLICATION: ALL CHARTS AND PUBLICATIONS ARE TO BE CORRECTED AND UP TO DATE ANY TIME. THE THIRD OFFICER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CORRECTION OF CHARTS. THE THIRD OFFICER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CORRECTION OF PUBLICATIONS ,ADMIRALTY LIST OF RADIO SIGNALS. THE NUMBER OF THE CORRECTION SHALL BE DULLY NOTED ON THE CHART OR PUBLICATION WHEN DONE.
