The most memorable moment of my childhood was a seemingly meaningless snowball fight.

The snowball fight happened ten years ago and it put me through an inner struggle. The bell rang and I walked out of my school.Then I started to walk back home.While I was walking home I saw my schoolmate throwing a snowball at me.The snowball was flying towards me and it hit me in my neck.The snow was wet and heavy and for the first few moments I felt strong pain.The pain lasted for several minutes but I barely noticed it because I felt the inner desire for revenge , I thought I need to take revenge , I need to hit him too! Luckily I was in a rush so I chose not to take revenge at that moment and went back home Later the schoolmate apologized and said that it was a joke that went too far. Eventually I forgave him I was really glad that I could resist the temptation to fight back and go for the old an eye for an eye phrase. By taking revenge I could have possibly lost my best friend.
