I believe good engineering background with sharp analytical skills and creative and innovative thinking are the basic qualities required of an R&D associate. With my internship in process designing sector and leadership position held during my undergraduate life can fulfill the role offered by Unilever. I am a very energetic young man keen to work on the fresh ideas which can really challenge the traditional ways to increase efficiency and simplicity in the process. I take immense pleasure in doing various kind of assignments, which can challenge my learning. I have shown appreciable patience and focus any diversified situation so far. I have worked in a cultural festival of my college for two years in a marketing committee. On the second year I was appointed as a marketing coordinator in which the popularity of college significantly boosted up. Working on that position loaded me with a huge experience of managing people of different kind. I am eager to put my skills to work with real world problems.
