Heat exchanger stainless steel, serial no. 3410, 170 tubes 1 inch diameter x 10 foot long, overall length of 124 inches.

APV condenser/shell and tube heat exchanger. The shell side is 316L and the tube side is Titanium. It is 18 foot 10 in. and has a tube surface of 1,752 square feet. There are (2)16 in, shell side inlets. There are (558) 3/4 in. od tubes, and the shell is 31 in. inside diameter.

The ENCON Drum Evaporator completely encapsulates a 55-gallon drum of water and heats it from the outside, thereby eliminating contact of heating elements with the wastewater. This makes the ENCON Drum Evaporator appropriate for de-watering waste streams with high solids loading including water based inks, paints, adhesives, and concentrated residues from the ENCON Wastewater Evaporators since there is no concern about "baking on" of contaminants to the heaters.

ENCON Wastewater Evaporator product line ranges in capacity from 8-400 gal/hr. These evaporators are capable of being heated by natural gas, propane, steam, #2 fuel oil, diesel, kerosene, waste oil, or electricity. Alloys of construction include: 316L Stainless, 6% Molybdenum Super Stainless, and Hastelloy C to provide appropriate corrosion protection.
