ENTREPRENEURE Entrepreneur is derived from French word Entreprendre which mean to undertake.

Therefore entrepreneur is the an individual who undertake an enterprise specially as a contractor , who acts as a intermediary between the capital and labour. Thus in this way entrepreneur is one who undertake it, i.e. the one who coordinates, organizes and manage capital and labour for the purpose of production is an entrepreneur and this class of entrepreneur is termed as entrepreneurial class. According to Adam Smith Entrepreneur is an individual who undertakes the formation of an organization for commercial purpose by recognizing the political demand for goods and services and thereby acts as an economic agent and transforms demand into supply. According to Peter Drucker An entrepreneur is one who is involved in gathering and using resources to make use of opportunities to produce results.
