Cool Zoo Booking and Party Policies

Cool Zoo Party Booking Policies:

Parties MUST be booked AT LEAST TWO WEEKS in advance. Booking form is required to reserve a date. Reservation is not guaranteed until Credit Card Authorization Form is received. Authorization Form must be received within 48 hours of booking. Final balance is due at least two weeks prior to the event. A la carte order, pizza selection and additional pizza order due at the time of booking. Final menu item changes and addition to order are due a minimum of 5 business days in advance.

Both children and adults (zoo members and non-members) are to be counted as guests to the Cool Zoo.
A maximum of 35 admission vouchers, per cabana, will be sent to client to distribute to guests in advance Each guest MUST present a voucher to the front gate to receive a wrist band to enter the Cool Zoo

Each additional guest (child or adult) over the number included in the package is $12.00 per guest. Only credit cards and cash are accepted within two weeks of your event. Parties may be rescheduled and room deposits may be transferred if notified at least 14 business days in advance. If a party is canceled 14 business days prior to party date, it is subject to a $50.00 cancelation fee. No refunds will be issued for parties canceled within 14 business days of the party date. Credit card is required to guarantee the event. Final balance is due at the time of the event. Payment due for additional guests will be charged upon conclusion of party. Cool Zoo parties have a rain or shine policy.

Cool Zoo Party Policies:

Host may arrive 15 minutes before party start time. Party area must be cleared of all personal property within 15 minutes of the party end time. No early entry or extended time in party area allowed. Photo copied vouchers will not be accepted. No outside entertainment (i.e. face painters, magicians, character appearances, music) allowed. In the case of lightening and/or thunder guests will be asked to clear the water play area. Guests may remain in the cabana area during this time. Food and Beverage is handled through Audubon Zoo Catering. Outside birthday cake, finger sandwiches,
vegetable and fruit trays ONLY are permitted. No other outside food is allowed. No ice cream is allowed. No ice chests are allowed. Any food non- approved food will have to be returned to the hosts vehicle Approved outside food allowed in Cool Zoo party cabana area ONLY. No food remaining from party is permitted into Cool Zoo Public Area and storage for Clients food is not available on Audubon property.

No balloons, streamers, confetti or bubbles are allowed into Cool Zoo. No strollers are allowed into Cool Zoo. Stroller parking is available outside of Cool Zoo. A general cake cutting announcement will be made for parties approximately one hour into the event. Specific cabanas are not guaranteed. Cabana placement is subject to change.

Credit Card Authorization Form

The final balance may be charged to this credit card once both client and Audubon have had an opportunity to review and agree upon these charges. Client may opt to pay unpaid balances by cash or check if credit card usage is not desired. If banquet charges have not been settled within two weeks after the event and there are no billing discrepancies that Audubon has been made aware of in writing, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the credit card.
