This research article is conducted by the sadia jahanzeb on the telecom industry of the Pakistan .she discussed the role of churn management in the telecom industry of Pakistan. She surveyed in Islamabad from the people of corporate sector, the age group of these people were 30 to 45 years old and they have salary round about 45000 to 60000.the churn department focused on the customer of the company, churn management deeply study the mined of the customer and recorded their demand .the churn management also point out the problems of the customer related to product .specially the churn management control the turn over of the company. The job of churn management is to sustain the customer of company. This research is conducted on the two company of telecom industry .the researcher selected the ufone company who inter in market in 2001 and other company that is selected for research that is telenor .in this article the sample size of research was 100 ant they were totally male. Fifty, 50 participant was the subscriber of ufone and fifty subscriber were the user of telenor. In this survey the T test was applied on the base variables .the survey result was found that the major reason for customers switching over from the pervious service to the current one is the poor voice quality followed by network problems, as depicted by the choice of the both Ufone and telenor customers. The satisfaction level of the customers is concerned more than half of ufone customer is satisfied due to its price and cellular coverage, but dissatisfied with the billing system .the majority of the customers of the telenor are satisfied with its cellular converge and bills however dissatisfied with the voice quality .the response of the help line was good in both cases .at the end the ufone was better because the they solved the customer problems. But the telenor customer faced voice quality problems and they have no churn management that is why they can not solved or point tout the problems of the customer. So ufone is more success from the telenor because the management of ufone is better and efficient

Pakistan s political history can be symbolized by a tug-of-war between the various ruling elite faction of the country-namely the military, bureaucracy and feudal politicians- all attempting to monopolize power .Mean while the public yearn for democratic order based on universal suffrage, equality, national sovereignty and accountably, these all being clearly depicted in Islamic teachings being clearly depicted in Islamic teachings are reflecting the goals of the very creation of the country. The policy of the company were same but they adopt local culture So at the end result the culture of Pakistan depend on many factor but religious factor is heavy on the all the factor that influence on the national culture.

In this article the researcher try to find out the business goals or performance linked with individual performance .the researcher adapt qualitative and quantitative approach in this article.
