Give thanks to God for: Gods healing of Margaret Cardwell and Charles Sutton Please pray for: Julia Woolfolk; Erika Tabor; Becky Reeves; Mary Chenoweth; Hannah Siboles mother, Melanie; Ben Gordon; Bev Proffitt; Nela Bostian; Betty Clough; Bob Brooks; Elizabeth Gee; Ann Pais nephew Paul, with ALS; Juliette Harriman White; Susan Farrells grandmother Mary Lou (Uh Oh) and father, Jim; Carlos Juara, facing vocational challenges; Rosie and George Turner; Steve Cobb and his family Our Deacons, as they share the redeeming love of Christ for the poor, the hungry, the sick, the lost, the friendless, the oppressed, those burdened by unjust policies or structures, [and] anyone in distress Stuart Chapman, William Bridenstine, David Russell, Chris Pais, Mike Child, and Jessica, serving in our nations Armed Forces Finance & Stewardship Ministry (Jordan Ball, Jack Corley, Dana McKnight, Ashby Price, Everett Reveley [chair], Martha Rubin [bookkeeper] and Eric Spitzer [treasurer]) for continued prudence, wisdom and faithfulness in stewarding Gods gifts; and for the Care Team (Jean Appich, Susan Farrell, Jan Kessel, Brint Keyes, Ann Pais, and Dawson Watkins) in their following up with absent members and with guests to our fellowship The Loaves and Fishes Ministry, that God may use it to provide both material and spiritual nourishment to those in need; and for Valentin and Svetlana Chicu, that God may open new doors for ministry this month to those students preparing to leave the university in Moldova The Spirit of the Resurrection in Metropolitan Richmond: For a spirit of hope, of possibility, of eternal life, and of commitment to the redeeming power of God who brings new life out of death to people and communities.
