Module Descriptions: 0. Basic Package: This initial package includes 1 Communicator module installed on server which connects up to 8 Receivers and handles signal storage to database, and 2 Terminals which are installed per operator PC (actual software) Additional Terminal Module / operator (added to the basic package that contains two terminals) A-traq Web User Module: Each customer can reach their own information and reports over the internet by securely logging in. Users may update their contact information if access is granted by the Station. The module reduces Operator load and telephone costs. It is a Self-Service module for Alarm Station subscribers. A-traq SMS Module: Customers are notified by SMS for their alarm signals. The module can either work with an external GSM Modem or through a data connection to the GSM Company over network. Alarm Station can define what types are alarms will be sent to which subscribers. Reporting of this module is available in A-traq Terminal License. A-traq E-mail Gateway: With this module, you can send emails to your subscribers about information regarding incoming signals, automatically. Web Technician Module: Technicians can reach customer information over the Internet and record new information. This module is convenient for Monitoring Stations that have a busy installation schedule. It is possible to plan and carry out installations by accessing A-traq via Internet or GPRS. Technician can complete installations at the site, run all tests, provide all zone and user information online. Customer agreement signature and approval allows Monitoring Station to start their services as the Technician leaves the premises. This module eliminates paper work and errors derived from bad hand-writing. It allows the Station to plan, schedule and map installations. Customers can e-sign agreements; therefore Technical service does not need to return to the station for paper work. A-traq Remote Site: This module allows Alarm Stations to extend their alarm screen to a remote site. For example, if there is a security control room near a group of sites, this group can be defined on the software and the control room may see the signals sent from these sites. Web User Module is required for this module. RAIN Module: This is the Bi-Lingual Station Solution. This module allows additional Language per station. Each RAIN module allows Terminal of new language settings to co-exist in the station (and work on the shared database). A-traq Communicator Tester: This module constantly checks the Communicator module which gets signals from the receiver and writes them to the database. If the Communicator should stop for any reason, the Communcator Tester can send e-mail notification, send an alarm or run a program. Multiple tasks are pre-stored on the module including poling time, number of tries and receiver information for tracking.

A-traq Site Grid: This module is designed to show all sites on a grid. It is made up of two web pages. One shows open / close status indicated in red and green. All account numbers in green are in Open state and the red ones are Closed. The second grid displays recovered signals. The page has two dropdown lists of all signals and their Recovered signals, in A-traq. Green accounts have no problems whereas accounts displayed in red have no recovered signals received.

Enterprize Communicator: This allows Monitoring Station to use more than 8 Receivers. With additional Server and Enterprize Communicator, the station can monitor another additional 30,000 sites. A1.
