Dear Karan, With reference to our discussion with you to take charge of our social media strategy, we are glad to confirm the same on terms and conditions stated below: A) Scope of work: You will take charge, complete control and responsibility for: Friday Gurgaon's Facebook page, our Twitter account, create and maintain a LinkedIN account and, send out mass mailers soliciting subscriptions for and on our behalf.

You will do all of the above effective 10 am (IST), August 16, 2011 for a period of 10 weeks ending 6 pm (IST), October 24, 2011. B) Modus: You will devise a social media strategy, share it with us and implement it on getting the requisite approvals.

C) Deliverables: We will handover all relevant user IDs and passwords to you. We will endeavour to accommodate all your requests for access to our content, both textual and visual, in order to facilitate your using them on the various platforms discussed above. D) Targets: Facebook & Twitter We shall expect the following number of likes and followers End of Week 1 End of Week 3 End of Week 6 End of Week 10 LinkedIn We shall expect to have in our network the following number of people & organisations: End of Week 1 End of Week 3 End of Week 6 End of Week 10 Mass Mailing We shall expect you to send out one mail a week, for the entire duration of the project, to no less than 10,000 people. These people should preferably all be Gurgaon residents. E) Fees: You will be entitled to a monthly retainer fee of Rs 12,000 In addition to this you will be entitled to a variable compensation of Rs 2,500 per week, payable at the end of the 1st, 3rd, 6th and 10th weeks. you to 100% of the amount due; achieving 50% of the target will entitle you to 50% of the amount due. All applicable taxes and statutory deductions shall be liable to be deducted from the above amount. Failure to meet TWO successive targets shall be grounds to discontinue the project.

F) Confidentiality and Non-Compete The ownership and copyright of all information, data or content generated under the terms of this agreement vests with Friday Gurgaon and you will not share any such information, data or content with anybody else, either during the pendency of this project or afterwards without our express permission.

We hereby agree to fully abide by the terms and conditions specified and honour the obligations under this letter of intent.
