My two boys mean the world to me, and to know that they are cared for by the sweetest ladies you can possibly find, puts my mind at ease everyday. One of the best things we can give our children, as part of a happy and healthy upbringing, are fond memories to cherish as they grow. Lets build your childs experience in the world hand-inhand. Our caregivers are ready to provide your little ones the love they deserve while you are at work. Both of our kids light up when they see the ladies, and have made some wonderful friends through the daycare here at AIS-R. From someone who wasnt sure about this in the beginning, I can say this has been one of the best

Early Years Program Undoubtedly, one of the biggest perks of teaching here at AIS-R has to be having our children on campus with us. WeApril are so 2013
incredibly grateful that the school provides a Daycare option for us, especially with quality of the care which is provided by the wonderful, warm, thoughtful, responsible and dedicated ladies who we fondly refer to as our trailer mommies. These ladies provide a safe, happy, stimulating environment for our little ones. It is truly a pleasure to leave my one year old daughter with these ladies every morning as I see her little face light up when she sees their enthusiastic welcome every morning. My daughter, Mikayla, has been in the trailer since I returned from maternity leave (in the ladies care since she was 10 weeks old). Previously, my son was also in the daycare from 18 months. The ladies take such personal care of our little ones and run a wellorganized schedule. The babies and toddlers are all so happy and content and I witness this every day when I drop my daughter off, when I collect her, as well as the time I have spent in the trailer visiting to nurse my daughter. It has been at these times that I have been witness to their infectious smiles, singing, entertaining and positive interaction with the little ones. They interact with each child with unlimited patience and love as if the children were their own. Their consistently cheerful, positive demeanors certainly rub off on our content tots and for that I am most grateful!! The ladies also communicate effectively with the parents- any concerns with the babies sleep routine / eating / changes in mood, etc, and complete a daily report form with information on food consumed, diaper changes, and nap times taken. They are a dedicated staff, reliable and listen attentively to the varying requests from mothers for feeding solids, nap time, etc. I thought to include just some of the daily gestures which have made a huge difference to us as parents, ones which reflect the true heart of these ladiessuch as video clips shared of special moments of the little ones singing and doing actions at circle time, photos shared of various activities / special moments, daily morning walks out in the push-cars around the campus, personalized birthday celebrations, thoughtful individualized gifts for special occasions, and much more! It truly is a blessing that we are able to have our children in the infant care program at AIS-R. It makes me feel less guilty about having to go to work, as I know my daughter is happy and in a stimulating, safe environment. I am therefore able to go about my day as a professional without any doubt that my child is in safe handsand less than five minutes walk away from my classroom should I wish to visit / nurse her. The trailer mommies are truly a blessing and I am so grateful for their amazing care.
