2005 - Present Self-Employed - Spare-time-Technician Operating in my spare-time,(as to work around a Full-Time Position for example) from a home office, on-sight and/or virtual to achieve client needs for maintenance, repairs, upgrades, custom builds and installs, etc. on, but not limited to, personal computers, Laptop/Desktop PC's, Apple Products, Printers/Scanners/Faxes, Tablets/Phones, Home & Automotive Audio/Video, CCTV and Networking. Resolving Tier 1-3 Level tasks and having performed countless hardware/software related maintenance, repairs and upgrades over the years with a deep knowledge in this field, high quality success rate and happily returning clientele. Responsibilities included, but not limited to, Staging new machines, Desktops and Laptops with Windows and proprietary software packages, Migration of customer profiles, EndUser Support and training. Troubleshooting issues as they arise, Customer, PC and Network related. 07/2010 03/2013 Special Products Quality Control Technician Regency Technologies-Solon, OH The company does IT recycling and refurbishing of various computers and electronics on a high volume level. Starting in the warehouse as a general laborer inventorying product received and gaining familiarity with the system. Also a great deal of time spent training on the company truck as a backup driver performing onsite pickup of valuable equipment, all while advancing in the shipping and receiving department, with a promotion to Dock Lead, the supervisorial position overseeing

the entire shipping and receiving department. Final years spent advancing in the Tech Room, namely in the Special Products Division, quickly achieving Quality Control Technician position. Manufacturing of fuel lines, Senior Operator overseeing the 3rd shift Forming Department. Responsible included, but not limited to, material forming operations, departmental training, collaborating with engineers on R&D, packaging of product, setup and collaboration with neighboring shifts/departments and completion of various other daily tasks.
