Findings 40% of the employees are 31-40 years and 36% of the employees are aged between 21-30

0 years and 16% of the employees are 41-50 years and remaining 8% are above 50years . 68% of the employees are male and 32% are female employees . 50% of the employees are engineering / diploma and 34%are technically qualified and remaining 10% and 6% are UG and PG respectively. 56% of the employees are experienced between 5-15 years and 32% of them have experience below 5 years and 12% of them are more than 15years. 36% of the employees are satisfied with physical working condition and 26% are neutral and 24%of the employees are highly satisfied with physical working condition 8% and 6% of the employees are highly dissatisfied and dissatisfied respectively . 30% of the employees are satisfied and 14% of the employees are highly satisfied , 24% of the employees feel neutral for the pay packages provided by organisation and remaining 20% and 12% are highly dissatisfied and satisfied with the pay packages provided by organisation. 30% of the employees feel their job routine and 24% and 10% of the employees feels monotonous and boring respectively, and 20% and 16% of the employees feels interesting and challenging respectively in their job. 36% of the employees agree that have overloaded of work , 24% of them are

undecided , 20% of them strongly agree that they have work overload, 12% of the employees disagree and remaining 8% of the employees strongly disagree that they donot have work overload. 24% of the employees have strongly agreed that they can complete their work within specified time, 20% of employees are agreed and are undecided in their work completion, 28% of them are not able to complete their work within specified time, and 8% of the employees are not able to complete their work in specified time. 40% of the employees are causing factors of role overload , 36% of the employees are unspecified work and remaining 24% of the employees are with personal dissatisfaction among employees. 28% of the employees are physically suffered stress in their job ,22% of the employees are mentally suffered stress with job and remaining 50% of the employees are suffering stress from both physical and mental in their job.

38% of the employees have very high level in stress, 12% of them have high level of stress, 30% of them have moderate level in stress , 12% of the employees have low level of stress and remaining 8% of the employees have very low level of stress in job.

46% of the employees suffer from physical inconvenience due to stress and 54% of the employees does not suffer from physical inconvenience due to stress. 36% of the employees suffer from headache, 24% of the employees suffer from low blood pressure, 18% of the employees suffer high blood pressure and 12% and 10% of the employees suffer from digestive problem and nervousness respectively.

36% of the employees have very high extent of stress due to immediate superiors and authorities, 24% of the employees have high extent of stress due to immediate superiors and authorities, 22% of the employees have moderate level of stress due to immediate superiors and authorities , 10% of the employees have low extent of stress due to immediate superiors and authorities, and 8% of the employees have very low extent of stress due to immediate superiors and authorities.

54% of the employees have taken steps personally to manage stress , and 46% of the employees have not taken steps personally to manage stress. 24% of the employees choose to do exercise , 36% of the employees have choose take a walk , 30% of the respondents listen music and 10% of the employees do meditation to manage stress.

36% of the employees need good canteen , 24% of the employees need yoga, 16% of the employees need meditation , 14% of them need aerobics and remaining 10% of the employees need power yoga to be provided by the organisation to manage stress.

Suggestions

Employees must be provided with special programs to manage their stress. Most of the employees feel routine and bored in their job, so that organisation must provide welfare programs, because it stimulates the brain and the body. The employees must give importance to time management techniques there by they can manage their workload to reduce stress. Most of the employees are suffering from mental and physical stress towards their job , so the organisation must conduct management games and activities to reduce stress. The organization must introduce Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs) and stress control workshops accordingly to the level of employees, because there is a strong relation between the level of stress and level of employees. It is suggested that sharing information with employees to reduce uncertainity about their jobs. To reduce extent of stress due to superior and higher authorities, so that it suggested to give employees opportunity to participate in decisions that affects their job .

Recommendations
The HR department must organise yoga , meditations programs weekly in the campus to manage stress. It is recommended that organisation must encourage in channel of communications to deal work related stress. It is recommended that organization must introduce Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs) and stress control workshops accordingly to the level of employees, because there is a strong relation between the level of stress and level of employees. It is recommended that organisation should give employee opportunity to participate in decisions that affects their job.

Conclusion

The stress created out of work has to be removed in the work place only. Fun based learning , developing, and orientation towards work has to be introduced . This fun based oriented towards work is in the experimental stage in developed countries. A necessary frame work , model , schema has to be built at the organisation level to make the employees feel happy towards coming to office. It must transform in to their second home. The strategies policies orientation of the organisation must change in this regard.
