Mr. P.L. Somashekar – Founder Director and CEO of UFT, has in-depth experience in managing product
development and business development in various capacities through his career at major Automotive OEM’s.
Somashekar leads the organization from the front and provides his leadership in building UFT into a customer centric,
high growth organization powered by inspired innovators.

Mr. N.S. Natesh – Co-Founder and Director of Business Development, over see’s the corporate strategy,
marketing and human resources function for UFT. Before co-founding UFT, he has worked for start-up, small businesses
and large corporate. He has been highly successful in developing innovative IT solutions that helped clients increase
their productivity and ROI.

Mr. H.G. Prashanth – Co-Founder and Director of Finance & Administration, is responsible for financial
planning and growth of UFT. His analytical skills and acumen for finer details enables him to effectively manage the
finance and administration aspects of UFT. In addition to this, his background in ERP and IT Management helps him to
set and achieve strategic business goals.

Mr. Sreedhar S. Pandit – Head Global Engineering Projects, as a senior manager of UFT, defines, executes and
manages engineering projects. His two decades of experience in managing and delivering global engineering projects at
various capacities in Automotive OEM’s like M&M, Force Motors and Kinetic Engineering is helping UFT to deliver
flawless, ‘on specification’ and ‘on time’ high quality projects to customers.
