Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)can be defined as an organisation's responsibility for incorporating stakeholder interests in routine busiess operations and is increasingly becoming a necessity for firms, especially global organisations. This survey aims at collecting the view of the employees of Multinational Corporations regarding the CSR practices of their companies.
