2. Hazards Identification

State of matter: liquid Colour: colourless Odour: mild Potential health effects Primary routes of entry: Skin Eyes Inhalation. Ingestion. Acute toxicity: Of low toxicity after single ingestion. Virtually nontoxic after a single skin contact. Virtually nontoxic by inhalation. Sensitization: No sensitizing effect. Chronic toxicity: Carcinogenicity: None of the components in this product at concentrations greater than 0.1% are listed by IARC; NTP, OSHA or ACGIH as a carcinogen.
Teratogenicity: The substance did not cause malformations in animal studies; however, toxicity to development was observed at high doses which impaired body weight gain in parental animals. In animal studies the substance caused malformations when given by injection. The route of administration is not relevant to human exposure. The product has not been tested. The statement has been derived from products of a similar structure and composition.
Genotoxicity: The substance was not mutagenic in bacteria. The substance was not mutagenic in mammalian cell culture.
4. First-Aid Measures
General advice: Immediately remove contaminated clothing. If inhaled: Keep patient calm, remove to fresh air, seek medical attention. Assist in breathing if necessary. If on skin: Wash thoroughly with soap and water. If irritation develops, seek medical attention. If in eyes: Immediately wash affected eyes for at least 15 minutes under running water with eyelids held open, consult an eye specialist. If swallowed: Rinse mouth thoroughly with water, seek medical attention. Note to physician Treatment:

Flash point: Self-ignition temperature: Suitable extinguishing media: water spray, dry powder, foam Protective equipment for fire-fighting: Wear a self-contained breathing apparatus in confined areas or when exposed to combustion products. Further information: Contaminated extinguishing water must be disposed of in accordance with official regulations.
