TCS Electornic Price Computing Platform Scale has multiple functionality. It calculates precisely and promptly. The scale has utilized advanced microprocessor, high precision load cell and high precision signal processing technology, so that it possesses high precision and reliability. Turn on the power; the scale will go through zero self-test procedure. Both front and back display windows will display from 00000 00000 000000 to 99999 99999 999999. 3.1.1 Should the zero be too high when there is a weight on the scale, the scale will give beep and display window will show: FULL HHHHH HHHHHH. 3.1.2 Should the zero be too low when the platform plate is not in place, the scale will give beep and display window will show: FULL LLLLL LLLLLL. 3.1.3 After the zero self-test, the weight display window will show DC . Please note that in case of no AC power, the low battery light will light up if the battery is low (battery voltage shall be 5.4V) In the case of charge failure, user has to change battery. 3.2 Warm-up: the scale will become stabilized after the stabilization indicator lights up. 3.3 This scale has an energy saving mode. When no weight being measured or no keypad touched for more than 2 minutes, the scale will automatically enter energy saving mode. In energy saving mode, only Weight display window display 0. All other display windows will be turned off. The scale will enter working mode when either a weight is placed on platform or any keypad is touched. 3.4 Operating the scale: 3.4.1 Zero reset and tare 3.4.1.1 Press [Zero] key or [Tare] key to make weight window display Zero when initial measurement without weight does not show Zero or one wants to clear the tare on the scale. 3.4.1.2 Zero reset: one could not use [Zero] unless the initial measurement is 3%F.S. Zero indicator will light up and weight window will display zero. 3.4.1.3 Tare: one could not use [Tare] unless the initial measurement is 100%F.S. The tare indicator will light up and weight window will display zero. 3.4.2 Total amount save, add and clear 3.4.2.1 Total amount save and add: push [save] key when the weight and unit price display more than zero and the measurement becomes stabilized, the unit price window will show Add1, and total amount window will show the amount for the current weight. Take out the weight and place another item on the scale, input the unit price and push [save] key, the unit price window will show Add2, and total amount window will show the amount charged for the sum of the current item and that of the item measured before. i.e. Place an item on the scale and wait till measurement stabilized. Key in unit price and push save key. The weight and total amount window will show corresponding figures; the unit price window will show Add1. Take out the weight and place another item on the scale. Repeat the former operation, and the unit price will show Add2. One needs only to repeat the same operation to deal with more items. 3.4.2.2 when multiple measurement is done, one must push Clear button to clear the memory so that the scale can go back to make right measurement and calculation.

Over weight alert and error message: Overweight: Weight display window will show FULL and give out beep sound. Total amount overflow: when total amount window display 9999.99, the total amount window will show FU. Add times overflow: when the times that [save] key is pushed is greater than 99 times, unit price window will show ADD. FU. Total amount overflow: when total amount is greater than 9999.99, total amount window will show FU. Notice: Do not use or store the scale in an environment of hazardous gas. Do not use the scale in a moving vehicle. Avoid impact and water during transportation. Do not use chemical dissolvent to clean the scale.
